Claims
- 1. A compound of the following formula: ##STR38## wherein Acyl is a member selected from the group consisting acetyl, cyclopentylcarbonyl, cyclopentylacetyl, cyclohexylcarbonyl, cyclohexylacetyl, cyclohexylpropionyl, cyclohexadienylacetyl, cycloheptylcarbonyl, cycloheptylacetyl, cycloheptylpropionyl, chloroacetyl, chloropropionyl, fluoroacetyl, bromoacetyl, difluoroacetyl, dichloroacetyl, chloropropionyl, hexenoyl, methoxyacetyl, isopropoxyacetyl, pentyloxyacetyl, hexyloxyacetyl, cyclohexyloxyacetyl, phenoxyacetyl, phenoxypropionyl, phenoxybutyryl, diphenoxyacetyl, methylthiophenoxyacetyl, tetrahydronaphthyloxyacetyl, methylthioacetyl, butylthioacetyl, cyclohexylthioacetyl, phenylthioacetyl, phenylthiopropionyl, fluorophenylthioacetyl, chlorophenylthioacetyl, pyridylthioacetyl, pyrimidylthioacetyl, benzoyl, methylbenzoyl, dimethylbenzoyl, carboxybenzoyl, aminobenzoyl, methoxybenzoyl, chlorobenzoyl, dimethoxybenzoyl, trimethoxybenzoyl, methylenedioxybenzoyl, phenylbenzoyl, naphthoyl, methylnaphthoyl, methoxynaphthoyl, ethoxynaphthoyl, tetrahydronaphthoyl, acetylnaphthoyl, phenylacetyl, phenylpropionyl, phenylbutyryl, hydroxyphenylacetyl, methoxyphenylacetyl, acetyloxyphenylacetyl, aminophenylacetyl, fluorophenylacetyl, chlorophenylacetyl, bromophenylacetyl, methylthiophenylacetyl, methylphenylacetyl, dimethylphenylacetyl, naphthylacetyl, thienylacetyl, tetrazolylacetyl, methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl, t-butoxycarbonyl, cyclohexyloxycarbonyl, chloroethoxycarbonyl, trichloroethoxycarbonyl, tribromoethoxycarbonyl, bromoethoxycarbonyl, iodoethoxycarbonyl, cyclopropylmethoxycarbonyl, cyclopropylethoxycarbonyl, cyclopentyloxycarbonyl, cyclohexyloxycarbonyl, cycloheptyloxycarbonyl, cyclohexadienyloxycarbonyl, isobornyloxycarbonyl, methanesulfonylethoxycarbonyl, ethanesulfonylpropoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, methylphenoxycarbonyl, dimethylphenoxycarbonyl, diphenylmethoxycarbonyl, naphthyloxycarbonyl, benzyloxycarbonyl, bromobenzyloxycarbonyl, chlorobenzyloxycarbonyl, nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl, dimethylbenzyloxycarbonyl, methylenedioxybenzyloxycarbonyl, methanesulfonyl, ethanesulfonyl, benzenesulfonyl, methylbenzenesulfonyl, and benzylsulfonyl; COB is lower alkoxycarbonyl or aralkoxycarbonyl; Q is hydrogen, C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 alkyl, phenyl, tolyl, methoxylphenyl, chlorophenyl or isopropylphenyl; and Z is a hydrogen or a nucleophilic group selected from the group consisting of halogen, alkoxy, aralkoxy, aryloxy, hydroxy, alkylthio, aralkylthio, arylthio, mercapto, sulfo, alkylsulfonyl, amino, acetoxy, propionyloxy, butyryloxy, isobutyryloxy, pivaloyloxy, cyclobutylcarboxy, carbamoyloxy, methylcarbamoyloxy, ethylcarbamoyloxy, chloroethylcarbamoyloxy, trichloroethyoxycarbamoyloxy, dimethylcarbamoyloxy, di-(methoxybenzyl)-carbamoyloxy, phenylcarbamoloxy, anisylcarbamoyloxy, sulfophenylcarbamoyloxy, carboxymethylphenylcarbamoyloxy, methanesulfonyloxy, sulfonyloxy, thiopropionylthio, propylthiocarbonylthio, cyclopentyloxythiocarbonylthio, thiocarbamoylthio, dimethylthiocarbamoylthio, tosylthio, furylcarbonylthio, methylamino, ethylamino, diethylamino, chloroethylamino, anilino, tolylamino, methylnitrophenylamino, naphthylamino, methylpyrrolyl, pyridazinyl, and triazinyl, said nucleophilic groups which contain carbon atoms containing up to 10 carbon atoms.

A compound of the following formula: ##STR39## wherein Acyl is a member selected from the group consisting acetyl, cyclopentylcarbonyl, cyclopentylacetyl, cyclohexylcarbonyl, cyclohexylacetyl, cyclohexylpropionyl, cyclohexadienylacetyl, cycloheptylcarbonyl, cycloheptylacetyl, cycloheptylpropionyl, chloroacetyl, chloropropionyl, fluoroacetyl, bromoacetyl, difluoroacetyl, dichloroacetyl, chloropropionyl, hexenoyl, methoxyacetyl, isopropoxyacetyl, pentyloxyacetyl, hexyloxyacetyl, cyclohexyloxyacetyl, phenoxyacetyl, phenoxypropionyl, phenoxybutyryl, diphenoxyacetyl, methylthiophenoxyacetyl, tetrahydronaphthyloxyacetyl, methylthioacetyl, butylthioacetyl, cyclohexylthioacetyl, phenylthioacetyl, phenylthiopropionyl, fluorophenylthioacetyl, chlorophenylthioacetyl, pyridylthioacetyl, pyrimidylthioacetyl, benzoyl, methylbenzoyl, dimethylbenzoyl, carboxybenzoyl, aminobenzoyl, methoxybenzoyl, chlorobenzoyl, dimethoxybenzoyl, trimethoxybenzoyl, methylenedioxybenzoyl, phenylbenzoyl, naphthoyl, methylnaphthoyl, methoxynaphthoyl, ethoxynaphthoyl, tetrahydronaphthoyl, acetylnaphthoyl, phenylacetyl, phenylpropionyl, phenylbutyryl, hydroxyphenylacetyl, methoxyphenylacetyl, acetyloxyphenylacetyl, aminophenylacetyl, fluorophenylacetyl, chlorophenylacetyl, bromophenylacetyl, methylthiophenylacetyl, methylphenylacetyl, dimethylphenylacetyl, naphthylacetyl, thienylacetyl, tetrazolylacetyl, methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl, t-butoxycarbonyl, cyclohexyloxycarbonyl, chloroethoxycarbonyl, trichloroethoxycarbonyl, tribromoethoxycarbonyl, bromoethoxycarbonyl, iodoethoxycarbonyl, cyclopropylmethoxycarbonyl, cyclopropylethoxycarbonyl, cyclopentyloxycarbonyl, cyclohexyloxycarbonyl, cycloheptyloxycarbonyl, cyclohexadienyloxycarbonyl, isobornyloxycarbonyl, methanesulfonylethoxycarbonyl, ethanesulfonylpropoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, methylphenoxycarbonyl, dimethylphenoxycarbonyl, diphenylmethoxycarbonyl, naphthyloxycarbonyl, benzyloxycarbonyl, bromobenzyloxycarbonyl, chlorobenzyloxycarbonyl, nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl, dimethylbenzyloxycarbonyl, methylenedioxybenzyloxycarbonyl, methanesulfonyl, ethanesulfonyl, benzenesulfonyl, methylbenzenesulfonyl, and benzylsulfonyl; COB is lower alkoxycarbonyl or aralkoxycarbonyl; Q is hydrogen, C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 alkyl, phenyl, tolyl, methoxylphenyl, chlorophenyl or isopropylphenyl.
- 3. A compound according to claim 2, wherein Q is hydrogen.
- 4. A compound according to claim 3, wherein COB is benzyloxycarbonyl, and Acyl is phenylacetyl, benzoyl, carbobenzoxy, or benzylsulfonyl.
- 5. A compound according to claim 3, wherein COB is methoxycarbonyl and Acyl is phenylacetyl.
- 6. A compound according to claim 3, wherein COB is diphenylmethoxycarbonyl and Acyl is phenylacetyl.
- 7. A compound according to claim 1, wherein Q is hydrogen.
- 8. A compound according to claim 7, wherein Z is hydrogen, acetoxy, or chlorine.
- 9. A compound according to claim 8, wherein COB is benzyloxycarbonyl, Acyl is phenylacetyl, benzoyl, carbobenzoxy, or benzylsulfonyl, and Z is hydrogen, chlorine, or acetoxy.
- 10. A compound according to claim 8, wherein COB is methoxycarbonyl, Acyl is phenylacetyl, and Z is hydrogen or chlorine.
- 11. A compound according to claim 8, wherein COB is diphenylmethoxycarbonyl, Acyl is phenylacetyl, and Z is hydrogen or chlorine.
