Abstract
A garbage can with an odor remover includes a can body, a cap pivotally with the can body, an odor remover attached on an inner surface of the cap and consisting of a case, a case cap and an odor removing bag containing active carbon. The case cap is provided with many air holes. Further an attaching member is fixed on the bottom of the case. The case is attached by means of the attaching member on the inner surface of the cap of the can body, and the odor removing bag can absorb and remove the bad odor coming from garbage placed in the can body.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention


This invention relates to a garbage can with an odor remover, particularly to one provided with an odor remover installed in a garbage can for removing bad odor coming from the garbage placed in the garbage can to keep the environment clean without odor.


2. Description of the Prior Art


A conventional garbage can shown in FIG. 1 includes a can body 10 and a cap 11 pivotally connected with and closed on the can body 10. Though the garbage can with garbage inside and the cap 11 closed on it can keep the bad odor of garbage stored in the can from flow out in the air, and also prevents flies or insects from flying into the can, but when the cap 11 is opened, the bad odor can float out around at once to attack noses, and let flies and insects fly to hover around the garbage in the can, quite hard to endure.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the invention is to offer a garbage can with an odor remover, keeping bad odor generated by the garbage placed in the can from floating and flying around in the air.


The feature of the invention is an odor remover attached on an inner side of a cap, and the odor remover has a case, and a odor removing bag contained active carbon is placed in the case with a cap closed on the case. The cap is provided with many air holes and the case has an attaching member fixed on the bottom.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

A preferred embodiment of a garbage can with an odor remover in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5, includes a can 2 consisting of a can body 20 and a cap 21 pivotally connected with the can body 20, and an odor remover 3.


The odor remover 3 is attached on inner surface of the cap 21, consisting of a case 30 with an interior cavity 300 and an odor removing bag 31 deposited in the interior cavity 30, and a case cap 32 closed on the case 30 and having many air holes 320. Further a magnetic plate 33 as an attaching member is fixed on the bottom of the case 30.


In using, the odor remover 3 is attached on an inner surface of the cap 21 made of metal by means of the magnetic plate 33, with the odor removing bag 31 absorbing and removing bad odor coming from the garbage placed in the garbage can 2.


In case the cap 21 is not made of metal but material such as plastic, then adhesive tape can be used in place of the magnetic plate for attaching the case 30 on the inner surface of the cap 21.


While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims
  • 1. A garbage can with an odor remover comprising: a can body; a cap pivotally connected with said can body; an odor remover attached on an inner surface of said cap and consisting of a case, a case cap provided with many air holes, an odor removing bag deposited in an interior cavity of said case and containing active carbon, and an attaching member fixed on a bottom of said case; and, said attaching member fixed on an inner surface of said cap of said can body for said odor remover removing bad odor coming from garbage placed in said can body.
  • 2. The garbage can with an odor remover as claimed in claim 1, wherein said attaching member is a magnetic plate to attach on an inner surface of said cap of said can body made of metal.
  • 3. The garbage can with an odor remover as claimed in claim 1, wherein said attaching member is a adhesive material for adhering said case on an inner surface of said cap of said can body.
