The above and/or additional aspects and advantages of the present disclosure will become apparent and readily understood from the description of the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings hereinafter.
These embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below, and the examples of the embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals are always used to refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative, are intended to explain the present disclosure, and are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
A grinding mechanism 100 according to various embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a grinding mechanism 100 comprises: a support table 10 and a sliding assembly 20. The support table 10 is configured for fixing a workpiece 200 to be ground thereon. The sliding assembly 20 is slidably provided on the support table 10, and the sliding assembly 20 comprises a cleaning tool 21. The cleaning tool 21 comprises a scraper 211 configured to face the support table 10 and a scraper holder 212 to which the scraper 211 is provided.
The grinding mechanism 100 is used to remove foreign matter on the workpiece to be ground, and grind the workpiece. When an operator uses the grinding mechanism 100, firstly the workpiece 200 to be ground needs to be fixed on the support table 10 and placed under the cleaning tool 21. Then, the cleaning tool 21 is adjusted to bring the scraper 211 into contact with the workpiece 200 to be ground and be pressed against the workpiece 200 to be ground with certain pressure. Finally the sliding assembly is allowed to move above the support table 10, so that the scraper 211 passes over a surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground, thereby the surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground is ground to remove foreign matter and dust on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground.
It should be noted that, the grinding mechanism 100 according to various embodiments of the present disclosure is mainly applicable to the cleaning and grinding of a display panel, particularly of a liquid crystal panel, and has an improved effect of removing foreign matter.
In the grinding mechanism 100 according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding assembly 20 is configured to be slidable relative to the support table 10, to cause the scraper 211 to scrape dirt on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground positioned on the support table 10. Thereby, during the sliding process of the sliding assembly, not only foreign matter on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground can be effectively scraped off, but also an improved effect of removing stain and dust is achieved due to a great force implemented by the scraper 211 on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground.
In one embodiment, the scraper 211 is movably provided to the scraper holder 212, that is, the scraper 211 is rotatably or slidably provided to the scraper holder 212.
The scraper 211 is adjusted to press against the workpiece 200 to be ground with certain pressure, at the same time, the scraper 211 is adaptively adjusted to always press against the workpiece 200 to be ground under the counteraction of the workpiece 200 to be ground, so that, when the sliding assembly is driven to move, the scraper slides relative to the workpiece 200 to be ground in a state where the scraper 211 is always pressed against the workpiece 200 to be ground, to clean the surface of the workpiece 200 to be ground.
Herein, it can be understood that a length direction of a blade of the scraper can be approximately perpendicular to a sliding direction of the sliding assembly. Specifically, the length direction of the blade of the scraper may approximately coincide with a width direction of the workpiece 200 to be ground, and the sliding direction of the sliding assembly may approximately coincide with the length direction of the workpiece 200 to be ground.
In some embodiments, the scraper 211 can slide upwardly or downwardly relative to the support table 10. Specifically, the scraper 211 may be provided to the scraper holder 212 in a manner that it is telescopic relative to the scraper holder 212 in an up-and-down direction. When the workpiece 200 to be ground needs to be ground, the scraper 211 is moved away from the support table 10, to form a large distance between the scraper 211 and the support table 10, so that the workpiece 200 to be ground can be conveniently placed on the support table 10 but under the scraper 211. After placing the work piece 200 to be ground, the scraper 211 is moved towards the support table 10 until the scraper 211 is in full contact with the workpiece 200 to be ground and presses against the workpiece 200 to be ground under certain pressure, thereby completing the placement of the workpiece 200 to be ground before grinding. For example, in the embodiments shown in
In the specific embodiments illustrated in
Moreover, the scraper holder 212 has, at a bottom thereof, a receiving groove 2121 extended downwardly obliquely. The scraper 211 is provided within the receiving groove 2121 through the slider 22. By means of the receiving groove 2121 extended downwardly obliquely, there causes a certain degree of inclination of the scraper 211 provided within the receiving groove 2121 relative to the surface of the support table 10. In this way, by slightly adjusting an inclination angle of the scraper 211, it can satisfy the grinding condition of the scraper 211 to the workpiece 200 to be ground, such that the blade of the scraper always extends out of the receiving groove 2121 and always moves away from the receiving groove 2121. As a result, the scraper 211 can extends out of the receiving groove 2121 and come into contact with the workpiece 200 to be ground placed on the support table 10.
If the workpiece 200 to be ground is a liquid crystal panel, since the scraper 211 is provided within the receiving groove through the slider 22, the use of the slider 22 can adjust the position of the scraper 211 more accurately, which can prevent the liquid crystal panel from being damaged by the scraper 211 when the scraper 211 is adjusted to come into contact with the liquid crystal panel.
In some embodiments, the support table 10 has a support surface 111 for supporting the workpiece 200 to be ground thereon, and the scraper 211 is inclinedly provided relative to a direction perpendicular to the support surface 111, which causes a gapless contact between the scraper 211 and the workpiece 200 to be ground, thereby obtaining a better grinding effect.
According to the present disclosure, the scraper 211 can be made of hard plastic material that has good wear resistance and owns long service life, thereby enhancing the reliability of the grinding mechanism 100 and reducing the production cost and the cost of use of the grinding mechanism 100.
In order to further enhance the cleaning/grinding effect, the inclination angle of the scraper 211 is adjustable, that is, the scraper 211 can be swingably provided on the scraper holder 212. After completing the placement of the workpiece 200 to be ground and the adjustment of relative position between the scraper 211 and the workpiece 200 to be ground in the up-and-down direction, since the scraper 211 can still be swingable relative to the scraper holder 212, an angle between the cleaning tool and the workpiece 200 to be ground can be adjusted to suit different situations so that there is a gapless contact between the scraper and the workpiece 200 to be ground.
In some embodiments, the inclination angle of the scraper 211 (i.e., the angle between the scraper 211 and the workpiece 200 to be ground) is a, in which 30°≥α≥5°. According to the experiments and calculation implemented by the inventor, if the angle α between the cleaning tool and the workpiece 200 to be ground is within the above range, the contact gap problem occurred between the scraper 211 and the workpiece 200 to be ground can be solved, and a good grinding effect can be achieved.
If the workpiece 200 to be ground is a liquid crystal panel, since the angle between the scraper 211 and the liquid crystal panel is adjustable, when the grinding mechanism 100 is used to grind the liquid crystal panel, no great force is needed to be exerted on the scraper 211 in order to solve the contact gap problem between the scraper 211 and the liquid crystal panel, as a result, the liquid crystal panel can be prevented from being damaged by the scraper 211.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding assembly further comprises a movable main beam 23 and an electric driver 24, the electric driver 24 is connected to the main beam 23 for driving the main beam 23 to move above the support table 10, and the cleaning tool 21 is connected to the main beam 23. The electric driver 24 drives the main beam 23 to move and thus slides the cleaning tool 21 connected to the main beam 23 on the support table 10, which achieve a smooth movement of the cleaning tool 21. In addition, the cleaning tool 21 is rotatably connected to the main beam 23 for adjustment of the inclination angle of the scraper 211.
In the specific embodiments of
In some specific examples, the cleaning tool 21 is connected to the main beam 23 through a connection rod. The inclination angle of the cleaning tool 21 can be adjusted by adjusting a rotation angle of the connection rod.
In some specific examples, the scraper 211 can also be detachably provided to the scraper holder 212. In this way, it is easy to clean, repair and replace the scraper 211.
In some embodiments, as shown in
In some specific examples, as shown in
One end of the spray jet 2123 is connected to a main water path, and the other end of the spray jet 2123 is provided with the spray nozzle. When the grinding operation is performed, water is supplied from the main water path to the spray jet 2123, and is sprayed from the spray nozzle towards the surface to be ground, thereby facilitating rapid washing-off of stains on the surface and improving the grinding effect. In some embodiments, the sprayed water can be deionized water, so that a better grinding effect can be achieved.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, there is also provided a clean equipment for liquid crystal panel. The clean equipment comprises: the grinding mechanism 100 according to any one of abovementioned embodiments, a pneumatic driver 300 and a water supplier 400, as shown in
In some specific examples, the workpiece 200 to be ground can be a liquid crystal panel. The grinding mechanism 100 has a good effect on removing the foreign matter on the liquid crystal panel, so that the clean equipment for liquid crystal panel has the same advantages as the grinding mechanism according to the abovementioned embodiments, and will not be described herein.
The pneumatic driver 300 is connected to the support table 10, for adsorbing the liquid crystal panel onto the support table 10. In this way, the liquid crystal panel can be fixed on the support table 10 to prevent the liquid crystal panel from moving along with the cleaning tool 21 during the grinding process, thereby ensuring the grinding effect. At the same time, the pneumatic driver 300 can also be connected to the slider 22 to drive the slider 22 to move or swing.
The water supplier 400 includes a heater 410 for heating water. The water supplier is connected to the spray jets 2123, for supplying the spray jets 2123 with water, and the heater 410 can be used to heat the water supplied to the spray jets 2123. When the heater for water is in operation, the spray nozzle can spray hot water to the grinding surface of the liquid crystal panel, so that the clean equipment for liquid crystal panel can be used to wash off stubborn stains on the liquid crystal panel.
In some specific examples, the clean equipment for liquid crystal panel may further comprise a temperature sensor 500 for measuring the temperature of the water heated by the heater. The clean equipment for liquid crystal panel may also control whether the heater is working or not in accordance with data feedback from the temperature sensor, to stabilize the water at preset temperature, thereby preventing the liquid crystal panel from being damaged due to excessive water temperature or preventing the water temperature from being too low to achieve a good cleaning effect.
By providing the grinding mechanism according to the abovementioned embodiments, the clean equipment for liquid crystal panel according to the present disclosure has the corresponding advantage as the grinding mechanism according to the abovementioned embodiments, and enhances the stain washing-off ability of the clean equipment for the liquid crystal panel, and has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
