Claims
- 1. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a molded hose integrally including a central portion and an edge portion having an opening end formed of a thermoplastic resin,
- a mating member connected to said edge portion of safe hose by insertion,
- an engaging surface of said edge portion contacting said mating member, said engaging surface of said edge portion being one of an outer peripheral surface of said edge portion and an inner peripheral surface of said edge portion;
- a ring-shaped sealing groove encircling said engaging surface, said ring-shaped sealing groove being simultaneously molded with said engaging surface,
- a ring-shaped sealing material held in said ring-shaped sealing groove between said edge portion and said mating member,
- a first engaging portion mounted on said outer periphery of said edge portion spaced from said opening end by a predetermined distance and being a separate element from said edge portion, the first engaging portion being made of a thermoplastic resin in a single piece and including a ring shaped base part mounted on the edge portion, a plurality of claw parts to be engaged with a part of the mating member, and a plurality of arm parts connecting the base part and the claw parts and elastically supporting the claw parts, and
- said mating member having a second engaging portion which is engaged with said first engaging portion to connect said edge portion of said hose and said mating member to each other.
- 2. A hose connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein said edge portion of said hose is inserted and engaged with an opening of said mating member.
- 3. A hose connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a first backlash prevention means comprising at least three projection portions which are elastically deformed by the engaging surface and which are projected from the engaging surface and which are arranged in the circumferential direction, a ring-shaped contacting surface which is disposed in an axial direction at a predetermined distance from said first engaging means and which is contacted to said mating member in the axial direction, and a second backlash prevention means which is disposed between said first engaging portion and said ring-shaped contacting surface and which is elastically compressed in the axial direction.
- 4. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a hose comprising a thermoplastic resin and which is molded by a molding method, said hose having a sealing groove which encircles an outer periphery surface of an edge portion of said hose, a projection which encircles an inner periphery surface of said edge portion, located opposed to said sealing groove on said outer periphery surface, and a first engaging portion which is disposed at said edge portion in the axial direction at a predetermined distance from said sealing groove and which extends in a circumferential direction, the first engaging portion being made of a thermoplastic resin in a single piece and including a ring shaped base part mounted on the edge portion, a plurality of claw parts to be engaged with a part of said mating member, and a plurality of arm parts connecting the base part and the claw parts and elastically supporting the claw parts;
- a ring-shaped sealing material which is held in said sealing groove; and
- a mating member having an opening edge portion, said opening edge portion having a sealing surface as an inner periphery surface into which said edge portion of said hose is inserted and to which said sealing material is contacted and a second engaging portion of the mating member which is engaged with said first engaging portion.
- 5. A hose connecting structure according to claim 4, wherein said sealing groove is disposed at the top side of said outer periphery surface, said first engaging portion comprises a first engaging groove which is disposed at the opposite side of said top side in the axial direction with the predetermined distance to said sealing groove, said second engaging portion comprises a second engaging groove which is disposed at the inner periphery surface of said opening edge portion of said mating member, and said first engaging groove is engaged with said second engaging groove by way of a lock ring.
- 6. A hose connecting structure according to claim 4, wherein said first engaging portion is disposed at the top side of said periphery surface, and said sealing groove is disposed at the opposite side of said top side in the axial direction with the predetermined distance to said first engaging portion.
- 7. A hose connecting structure according to claim 6, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a first backlash prevention portion comprising projection portions which are elastically deformed by the engaging surface of said mating member and which are projected from the engaging surface.
- 8. A hose connecting structure according to claim 4, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a ring-shaped contacting surface which is disposed in the axial direction with the predetermined distance to said first engaging portion and which is contacted to said mating member in the axial direction, and a second backlash prevention portion which is disposed between said first engaging portion and said ring-shaped contacting surface and which is elastically compressed by the pressure in the axial direction.
- 9. A hose connecting structure according to claim 4, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a first backlash prevention portion comprising projection portions which are elastically deformed by the engaging surface of said mating member and which are projected from the engaging surface, a ring-shaped contacting surface which is disposed in the axial direction with the predetermined distance to said first engaging portion and which is contacted to said mating member in the axial direction, and a second backlash prevention portion which is disposed between said first engaging portion and said ring-shaped contacting surface and which is elastically compressed by the pressure in the axial direction.
- 10. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a hose comprising a thermoplastic resin and which is molded by a molding method, said hose having a sealing groove which encircles an outer periphery surface at one side, in an axial direction, of an edge portion, a projection which encircles an inner periphery surface, located opposed to said sealing groove on said outer periphery, at said one side, in said axial direction, of said edge portion and a first engaging portion which is disposed at a side opposite to said one side of said edge portion, in said axial direction, with a predetermined distance to said sealing groove, the first engaging portion being made of a thermoplastic resin in a single piece and including a ring shaped base part mounted on the edge portion, a plurality of claw parts to be engaged with a part of said mating member, and a plurality of arm parts connecting the base part and the claw parts and elastically supporting the claw parts;
- a ring-shaped sealing material which is held to said sealing groove; and
- a mating member having an opening edge portion, said opening edge portion having a sealing surface as an inner periphery surface into which said edge portion of said hose is inserted and to which said sealing material is contacted and a second engaging portion of the mating member which is engaged with said first engaging portion.
- 11. A hose connecting structure according to claim 10, wherein said first engaging portion comprises an engaging arm comprising an arm portion which projects from said outer periphery surface toward said one side in said axial direction, and an engaging claw which is disposed at one end of said arm portion, and said second engaging portion comprises a ring-shaped engaging surface which encircles an outer periphery surface of said opening edge portion of said mating member.
- 12. A hose connecting structure according to claim 11, wherein a plurality of said first engaging portions are disposed at said outer periphery surface in the circumferential direction.
- 13. A hose connecting structure according to claim 11, wh e rein said mating member coinprises a metal pipe, said second engaging portion comprises a p rojecting wall which is a tip side of said metal pipe shaped into a flange and an increased diameter portion which extends in the axial directio n to the side opposite to said tip side and whose shape is in a small tube, and an edge surface of said increased diameter portion is contacted to and engaged with said engaging claw.
- 14. A hose connecting structure according to claim 10, wherein said hose has a ring-shaped first contacting surface at said outer periphery surface, and said mating member has a ring-shaped second contacting surface which is contacted to said first contacting surface.
- 15. A hose connecting structure according to claim 10, wherein said edge portion of said hose has backlash prevention portions comprising projection means which are elastically deformed by said engaging surface of said mating member and which are projected from said engaging surface.
- 16. A hose connecting structure according to claim 10, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a ring-shaped contacting surface which is disposed in the axial direction with the predetermined distance to said first engaging portion and which is contacted to said mating member in the axial direction, and a second backlash prevention portion which is disposed between said first engaging portion and said ring-shaped contacting surface and which is elastically compressed by the pressure in the axial direction.
- 17. A hose connecting structure according to claim 10, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a first backlash prevention portion comprising projection portions which are elastically deformed by the engaging surface of said mating member and which are projected from the engaging surface, a ring-shaped contacting surface which is disposed in the axial direction with the predetermined distance to said first engaging portion and which is contacted to said mat ing member in the axial diretion, and a second backlash prevention portion which is disposed between said first engaging portion and said ring-shaped contacting surface and which is elastically compressed by the pressure in the axial direction.
- 18. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a molded hose integrally including a central portion and an edge portion having an opening end formed of a thermoplastic resin,
- a mating member connected to said edge portion of said hose by insertion,
- an engaging surface of said edge portion contacting said mating member, said engaging surface of said edge portion being one of an outer peripheral surface of said edge portion and an inner peripheral surface of said edge portion;
- a ring-shaped sealing groove encircling said engaging surface, said ring-shaped sealing groove being simultaneously molded with said engaging surface,
- a ring-shaped sealing material held in said ring-shaped sealing groove between said edge portion and said mating member,
- a first engaging portion fixed on said outer periphery of said edge portion spaced from said opening end by a predetermined distance and being formed separately from said edge portion, and
- said mating member having a second engaging portion which is engaged with said first engaging portion to connect said edge portion of said hose and said mating member to each other,
- said edge portion of said hose having first backlash prevention comprising projection portions which are elastically defined by said engaging surface.
- 19. A hose connecting structure according to claimers; wherein said first backlash prevention means are disposed along an axial direction and having a predetermined separation distance between said first backlash prevention means.
- 20. A hose connecting structure according to claim 18, wherein said edge portion of said hose has a ring-shaped contacting surface which is disposed in an axial direction at a predetermined distance from said first engaging portion and which is contacted to said mating member in the axial direction, and a second backlash prevention means which is disposed between said first engaging portion and said ring-shaped contacting surface and which is elastically compressed in the axial direction.
- 21. A hose connecting structure according to claim 20, wherein said second backlash prevention portion is a projection streak or a groove which encircles at least one round in the circumferential direction.
- 22. A hose connecting structure according to claim 20, wherein said second backlash prevention portion is a bellows portion.
- 23. A hose connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein each said projection portion is a projection streak which is extended in an axial direction.
- 24. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a molded hose integrally including a central portion and an edge portion having an opening end formed of a thermoplastic resin,
- a mating member connected to said edge portion of said hose by insertion,
- an engaging surface of said edge portion contacting said mating member, said engaging surface of said edge portion being one of an outer peripheral surface of said edge portion and an inner peripheral surface of said edge portion;
- a ring-shaped sealing groove encircling said engaging surface, said ring-shaped sealing groove being simultaneously molded with said engaging surface,
- a ring-shaped sealing material held in said ring-shaped sealing groove between said edge portion and said mating member,
- a first engaging portion fixed on said outer periphery of said edge portion spaced from said opening end by a predetermined distance and being formed separately from said edge portion, the first engaging portion being made of a thermoplastic resin in a single piece and including a ring shaped base part mounted on the edge portion, a plurality of claw parts to be engaged with a part of the mating member, and a plurality of arm parts connecting the base part and the claw parts and elastically supporting the claw parts, and
- said mating member having a second engaging portion which is engaged with said first engaging portion to connect said edge portion of said hose and said mating member to each other,
- said engaging surface being said inner periphery surface of said edge portion of said hose and said ring-shaped sealing groove encircles said inner periphery surface for holding said sealing material.
- 25. A hose connecting structure according to claim 24, wherein said inner periphery surface of said edge portion of said hose is reformed.
- 26. A hose connecting structure according to claim 24, wherein said sealing groove is reformed.
- 27. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a molded hose integrally including a central portion and an edge portion having an opening end formed of a thermoplastic resin,
- a mating member connected to said edge portion of said hose by insertion,
- an engaging surface of said edge portion contacting said mating member, said engaging surface of said edge portion being one of an outer peripheral surface of said edge portion and an inner peripheral surface of said edge portion;
- a ring-shaped sealing groove encircling said engaging surface, said ring-shaped sealing groove being simultaneously molded with said engaging surface,
- a ring-shaped sealing material held in said ring-shaped sealing groove between said edge portion and said mating member,
- a first engaging portion fixed on said outer periphery of said edge portion spaced from said opening end by a predetermined distance and being formed separately from said edge portion, the first engaging portion being made of a thermoplastic resin in a single-piece and including a ring shaped base part mounted on the edge portion, a plurality of claw parts to be engaged with a part of the mating member, and a plurality of arm parts connecting the base part and the claw parts and elastically supporting the claw parts, and
- said mating member having a second engaging portion which is engaged with said first engaging portion to connect said edge portion of said hose and said mating member to each other,
- said central portion of said hose having a bellows portion.
- 28. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a hose comprising a thermoplastic resin and which is molded by a molding method, said hose having a sealing groove which encircles an outer periphery surface at one side, in an axial direction, of an edge portion, a projection which encircles an inner periphery surface, located opposed to said sealing groove on said outer periphery, at said one side, in said axial direction, of said edge portion and a first engaging portion which is disposed at a side opposite to said one side of said edge portion, in said axial direction, with a predetermined distance to said sealing groove;
- a ring-shaped sealing material which is held to said sealing groove; and
- a mating member having an opening edge portion, said opening edge portion having a sealing surface as an inner periphery surface into which said edge portion of said hose is inserted and to which said sealing material is contacted and a second engaging portion which is engaged with said first engaging portion,
- said edge portion of said hose having backlash prevention means comprising projection portions elastically deformed by said engaging surface of said mating member and projecting from said engaging surface.
- 29. A hose connecting structure according to claim 28, wherein said first engaging portion comprises an engaging arm comprising an arm portion which projects from said outer periphery surface toward said one side in said axial direction, and an engaging claw which is disposed at one end of said arm portion, and said second engaging portion comprises a ring-shaped engaging surface which encircles an outer periphery surface of said opening edge portion of said mating member.
- 30. A hose connecting structure according to claim 29, wherein a plurality of said first engaging portions are disposed at said outer periphery surface in the circumferential direction.
- 31. A hose connecting structure according to claim 29, wherein said mating member comprises a metal pipe, said second engaging portion comprises a projecting wall which is a tip side of said metal pipe shaped into a flange and an increased diameter portion which extends in the axial direction to the side opposite to said tip side and whose shape is in a small tube, and an edge surface of said increased diameter portion is contacted to and engaged with said engaging claw.
- 32. A hose connecting structure according to claim 28, wherein said hose has a ring-shaped first contacting surface at said outer periphery surface, and said mating member has a ring-shaped second contacting surface which is contacted to said first contacting surface.
- 33. A hose connecting structure comprising:
- a hose in which at least a central portion of the entire length of said hose comprises a thermoplastic resin which is molded by a molding method;
- a mating member into which an edge portion of said hose is inserted; and
- a ring-shaped sealing material provided between said edge portion and said mating member;
- said edge portion and said central portion of said hose being integrally formed by said molding method of forming an exterior surface of said hose with high dimensional accuracy and an interior surface of said hose having a lesser degree of dimensional accuracy,
- said edge portion having a ring-shaped sealing groove which encircles an engaging surface for holding said sealing material and a first engaging portion which is disposed in the axial direction with a predetermined distance to said sealing groove, the first engaging portion being made of a thermoplastic resin in a single piece and including a ring shaped base part mounted on the edge portion, a plurality of claw parts to be engaged with a part of the mating member, and a plurality of arm parts connecting the base part and the claw parts and elastically supporting the claw parts,
- said central portion having a bellows, and
- said mating member having a second engaging portion which is engaged with said first engaging portion.
