Claims
- 1. Mouse monoclonal antibody which reacts with approximately 5% of normal human peripheral T cells and with approximately 95% of normal human thymocytes.
- 2. A monoclonal antibody produced by a hybridoma formed by fusion of cells from a mouse myeloma line and spleen cells from a mouse previously immunized with human T-ALL cells which reacts with approximately 5% of normal human peripheral T cells and with approximately 95% of normal human thymocytes.
- 3. A mouse monoclonal antibody according to claim 2 which reacts with an antigen on human T-ALL cells.
- 4. A mouse monoclonal antibody according to claim 2 which reacts with an antigen on human null cell ALL cells.
