Claims
- 1. A polypeptide conjugate multimer for producing a cellular immune response against prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) comprising a non-covalent trimer produced in a baculovirus vector having three polypeptide conjugate subunits, each composed of a fusion protein having PAP as an N-terminal moiety and GM-CSF as a C-terminal moiety.
- 2. The conjugate according to claim 1, wherein said conjugate further comprises, between said N-terminal moiety and said C-terminal moiety, a linker peptide.
