Claims
- 1. An indirect cathode sleeve, made of mono-metal plate and as a one sheet structure sleeve, with a heater therein, the indirect cathode sleeve comprising:
- a separate, cap shaped base metal formed at a top of the indirect cathode sleeve; and
- an electron-emitting material layer formed at an outside surface of the base metal, a highly absorptive surface being formed on an inner surface of the indirect cathode sleeve by an oxidation reaction applied thereto and a low heat radiation metal gloss outside surface being formed on an outer surface of the indirect cathode sleeve by a reduction reaction applied thereto, said sleeve consisting of a nickel-chrome alloy.
