Claims
- 1. An interleukin 6 receptor agonist, wherein residue Gln183 of human interleukin 6 replaced with either Tyr or Ala.
- 2. The interleukin 6 receptor agonist according to claim 1, wherein residue Gln183 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Ala and residue Gln175 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Ile.
- 3. The interleukin 6 receptor agonist according to claim 2, wherein residue Ser176 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Arg.
- 4. The interleukin 6 receptor agonist according to claim 1, wherein residue Ser176 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Arg.
- 5. An interleukin 6 receptor agonist, wherein residue Gln175 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Ile.
- 6. The interleukin 6 receptor agonist according to claim 5, wherein residue Ser176 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Arg.
- 7. An interleukin 6 receptor agonist, wherein at least one residue of human interleukin 6 selected from the group consisting of Gln175, Ser177, Leu181 and Gln183 is replaced with a different amino acid.
- 8. The interleukin 6 receptor agonist according to claim 7, wherein residue Ser176 of human interleukin 6 is replaced with Arg.
