Claims
- 1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule which hybridizes, under stringent conditions, to the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1, wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule consists of a nucleotide sequence which codes for a tumor rejection antigen precursor, wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule does not code for a MAGE tumor rejection antigen precursor.
- 2. An isolated molecule which is fully to the nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, wherein said molecule is mRNA or DNA.
- 3. A host cell transfected or transformed with the nucleic acid molecule of claim 1.
- 4. An expression vector comprising the isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1 operably linked to a promoter.
- 5. The host cell of claim 3, wherein said host cell is a mammalian cell which expresses HLA-Cw*1601.
- 6. The expression vector of claim 4, further comprising a nucleic acid molecule which codes for HLA-Cw*1601.
- 7. An expression kit comprising a separate portion of each of:
- (i) the isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, and
- (ii) a nucleic acid molecule which codes for HLA-Cw*1601.
- 8. A host cell transfected or transformed with the expression vector of claim 4.
- 9. A host cell transfected or transformed with the expression vector of claim 6.
