Claims
- 1. An isolated and purified nucleic acid molecule which encodes human ICAM-2, wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule consists of a nucleic acid sequence which encodes the human ICAM-2 amino acid sequence depicted in FIG. 2.
- 2. A vector containing the nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, wherein said vector is selected from the group consisting of plasmid vectors, and phage vectors.
- 3. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, wherein said nucleic acid molecule consists of the nucleotide sequence depicted in FIG. 2.
- 4. A fragment of the nucleic acid molecule of claim 3 which encodes the extracellular domain of human ICAM-2, amino acids 1-201 of FIG. 2.
