Claims
- 1. A ceramic dielectric composition comprising: (a) 30-90% by volume of calcium borosilicate glass comprising 35-45% by weight of CaO, 15-20% by weight of B.sub.2 O.sub.3, and 35-50% by weight of SiO.sub.2 ; and (b) 70-10% by volume of fillers, said fillers consisting essentially of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and amorphous SiO.sub.2.
- 2. The ceramic dielectric composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said calcium borosilicate glass consists essentially of 39.6 wt % CaO, 18.8 wt % B.sub.2 O.sub.3, and 41.6 wt % SiO.sub.2.
- 3. The ceramic dielectric composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said fillers consist of 25-75% by volume of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and 75-25% by volume of amorphous SiO.sub.2.
