Claims
- 1. An isolated polynucleotide, wherein said polynucleotide encodes a polypeptide comprised of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
- 2. An isolated polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is comprised of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
- 3. An isolated antibody, wherein said antibody specifically binds to an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
- 4. A method for treating hyperthyroidism in female mammals comprising administering to a female mammal afflicted with hyperthyroidism a polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is comprised of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
- 5. A pharmaceutical comprosition comprised of a polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is comprised of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
- 6. The use of a polypeptide comprised of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
