Claims
- 1. A method for priming a call assistant that responds to a call request from a user log-on in a data network, comprising:receiving the call request; and forwarding action history information of a plurality of actions associated with the user log-on to a call assistant device.
- 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:monitoring user actions in the user log-on; recording results of the monitoring step; and generating a preamble portion of the action history information based on the results of the monitoring step.
- 3. A method for priming a call assistant that responds to a call request from a user log-on in a data network, comprising:monitoring user actions in the user log-on; recording results of the monitoring step; generating a preamble portion of shadow information based on the results of the monitoring step; receiving the call request; and forwarding the shadow information associated with the user log-on to a call assistant device.
- 4. A method for priming a call assistant that responds to a call request from a user log-on in a data network, comprising:receiving the call request; and forwarding machine instruction information associated with the user log-on to a call assistant device.
- 5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:monitoring user actions in the user log-on; recording results of the monitoring step; and generating a preamble portion of the machine instruction information based on the results of the monitoring step.
- 6. A method for priming a call assistant that responds to a call request from a user log-on in a data network, comprising:receiving the call request; and forwarding pre-prepared dialog scenario information associated with the user log-on to a call assistant device.
- 7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:monitoring user actions in the user log-on; recording results of the monitoring step; and generating a preamble portion of the pre-prepared dialog scenario information based on the results of the monitoring step.
