Claims
- 1. An apparatus for producing an untwisted yarn of at least two fibril bundles of different color, said apparatus comprising:
- guide means for guiding at least two fibril bundles of different color in a predetermined juxtaposed relation from a spinning station to a stretching station;
- oiling means for oiling the fibril bundles in said juxtaposed relation during guidance in said guide means; and
- false twisting means downstream of said oiling means and upstream of the stretching station for imparting a false twist to each respective fibril bundle during guidance in said guide means.
- 2. An apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein said guide means includes a thread guide downstream of said false twisting means for bringing the fibril bundles together in juxtaposed relation.
- 3. An apparatus as set forth in claim 2 wherein said thread guide has a groove with a concave base to provide for juxtaposed passage of the fibril bundles.
- 4. An apparatus for producing an untwisted yarn of at least two fibril bundles of different color, said apparatus comprising:
- a spinning station for generating at least two fibril bundles of different colors in a predetermined juxtaposed relation;
- oiling means downstream of said spinning station for oiling the fibril bundles in said juxtaposed relation;
- second means downstream of said oiling means for blowing air onto each respective fibril bundle to position the fibrils thereof to have a reduced tendency to mix with the fibrils of a juxtaposed fibril bundle; and
- a stretching stage downstream of said second means for stretching the fibril bundles passing from said second means.
- 5. An apparatus as set forth in claim 4 which further comprises a texturing stage downstream of said stretching stage for texturing a thread formed by combining the fibril bundles.
- 6. An apparatus as set forth in claim 4 wherein said second means for blowing air includes a plurality of openings for passage of a respective fibril bundle through a respective opening and a plurality of air ducts, each duct being directed into a respective opening for blowing air onto each respective fibril bundle during passage through a respective opening.
- 7. An apparatus as set forth in claim 4 wherein said second means controls the air flow intensity and quantity blown onto the fibril bundles to control the mixing tendency of the fibrils.
- 8. An apparatus as set forth in claim 4 wherein said second means for producing said untwisted releasable engagement between said fibrils are air jet false twisting means.
- 9. An apparatus for producing an untwisted yarn of at least two fibril bundles of different color, said apparatus comprising:
- a spinning station for generating at least two fibril bundles of different colors in a predetermined juxtaposed relation;
- oiling means downstream of said spinning station for oiling the fibril bundles in said juxtaposed relation;
- air ducts downstream of said oiling means for blowing air onto each respective fibril bundle in an unstretched state thereof to form a non-positively twisted fibril bundle; and
- a stretching stage downstream of said air ducts for stretching the fibril bundles.
- 10. An apparatus as set forth in claim 9 wherein each air duct is disposed tangentially of a respective fibril bundle.
