Claims
- 1. A method for articulating an articulated vehicle at a rest position wherein said vehicle is composed of a forward unit and a tracked rearward unit having a pair of powered tracks, said forward and rearward units connected by a joint and an articulation cylinder, which comprises:powering up only one track while simultaneously actuating said articulation cylinder.
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein said rear unit tracks are powered by one or more of a hydraulic motor, a pneumatic motor, or an electric motor.
- 3. The method of claim 1, wherein one of said tracks is powered in the forward direction while the other of said tracks is powered in the rearward direction.
- 4. The method of claim 1 wherein said articulated vehicle is an articulated combine.
