A method for stimulating proliferation of cytolytic T cells, comprising contacting cells which present HLA-Cw* 1601 molecules on their surfaces with a nonapeptide selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 4 and SEQ ID NO: 5, in an amount sufficient to form complexes between said HLA-Cw*1601 molecules and said nonapeptide, and contacting cells presenting said complexes with a cytolytic T cell specific for said complexes, under conditions favoring proliferation of said cytolytic T cells.
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein said nonapeptide is the nonapeptide of SEQ ID NO: 4.
- 3. The method of claim 1, wherein said nonapeptide is the nonapeptide of SEQ ID NO: 5.
