Claims
- 1. A method of making a lamp, comprising the steps of
- placing electrodes having leads extending therefrom in an elongate tube with a distal end, a terminal end and a septum extending longitudinally of the tube with the electrodes to either side of the septum;
- sealing the tube;
- bending the tube with the electrodes extending to the distal end side of the bend and the leads extending to the terminal end side of the bend.
- 2. The method of claim 1, the step of bending includes bending the electrodes in the tube.
- 3. The method of claim 1, the step of bending includes bending the tube to form about a 90.degree. angle.
