Claims
- 1. A method of manufacturing optical discs characterized by comprising the steps of:(1) forming a transparent substrate on the surface of a stamper having information patterns, and transferring the information patterns to the transparent substrate, (2) severing the transparent substrate off from the surface of the stamper having the information patterns, and obtaining a replica substrate, (3) forming a recording film on the surface of the replica substrate having the transferred information patterns, (4) coating a reaction adhesive on the surface of the recording film, and (5) after step (4), disposing a pair of replica substrates provided with a recording film such that respective recording films face each other, and bonding and laminating the pair with the reaction adhesive so as to obtain an optical disc having an instantaneous axial acceleration<2 G.
- 2. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 1, wherein said coating step in step (4) is characterized by being performed using a spinner.
- 3. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 1, wherein a thickness of said reaction adhesive after bonding a pair of replica substrate is characterized by being about 30 μm.
- 4. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 1, wherein said bonding and laminating steps in step (5) is characterized by being conducted in a deoxygenation atmosphere.
- 5. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 4, wherein said deoxygenation atmosphere comprises nitrogen.
- 6. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 5, wherein the step of bonding and laminating the pair of replica substrates with the reaction adhesive comprises curing the reaction adhesive for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- 7. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 4, wherein said deoxygenation atmosphere comprises inert gas.
- 8. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 7, wherein the step of bonding and laminating the pair of replica substrates with the reaction adhesive comprises curing the reaction adhesive for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- 9. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 4, wherein the step of bonding and laminating the pair of replica substrates with the reaction adhesive comprises curing the reaction adhesive for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- 10. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 1, wherein said reaction adhesive has a shore hardness after cure of between A30 and A80.
- 11. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 1, wherein the step of bonding and laminating the pair of replica substrates with the reaction adhesive comprises curing the reaction adhesive for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- 12. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 1, wherein said reaction adhesive comprises an accelerator primer and a one-part anaerobic adhesive.
- 13. A method of manufacturing optical discs according to claim 12, wherein the step of bonding and laminating the pair of replica substrates with the reaction adhesive comprises curing the reaction adhesive for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
