Claims
- 1. An isolated and purified nucleic acid encoding a human Borna disease virus (BDV) p24 polypeptide consisting of an amino acid residue sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO 20, SEQ ID NO 21, SEQ ID NO 22, MATGPSSLVDSLEDEEDP (SEQ ID NO 32) and RIYPQLPSAPTADEWDIIP (SEQ ID NO 33).
- 2. The nucleic acid according to claim 1 wherein the nucleic acid consists of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO 3.
- 3. The nucleic acid according to claim 1 wherein the nucleic acid consists of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO 4.
- 4. The nucleic acid according to claim 1 wherein the nucleic acid consists of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO 5.
