Claims
- 1. A substantially purified nucleic acid molecule that encodes a mammalian Trabecular Meshwork Induced Glucocorticoid Response (TIGR) protein.
- 2. The nucleic acid molecule of claim 1 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 3. The nucleic acid molecule of claim 1 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 4. A substantially purified nucleic acid molecule that encodes a human Trabecular Meshwork Induced Glucocorticoid Response (TIGR) protein.
- 5. A nucleic acid molecule of claim 4 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 6. A nucleic acid molecule of claim 4 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 7. An isolated nucleic acid molecule that encodes a mammalian Trabecular Meshwork Induced Glucocorticoid Response (TIGR) protein.
- 8. A nucleic acid molecule of claim 7 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 9. A nucleic acid molecule of claim 7 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 10. An isolated nucleic acid molecule that encodes a human Trabecular Meshwork Induced Glucocorticoid Response (TIGR) protein.
- 11. A nucleic acid molecule of claim 10 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 12. A nucleic acid molecule of claim 10 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 13. A nucleic acid molecule comprising a substantially purified human Trabecular Meshwork Induced Glucocorticoid Response (TIGR) nucleic acid molecule of the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:3.
- 14. A nucleic acid molecule according to claim 13 that encodes a human TIGR protein of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 15. A nucleic acid molecule comprising an isolated human Trabecular Meshwork Induced Glucocorticoid Response (TIGR) nucleic acid molecule of the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:3.
- 16. A nucleic acid molecule according to claim 15 that encodes a human TIGR protein of SEQ ID NO:1.
