Claims
- 1. An isolated protein, wherein the protein has an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:8, SEQ ID NO:10, SEQ ID NO:12, or SEQ ID NO:14.
- 2. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein is tagged at its C-terminal with a myc epitope and six histidines.
- 3. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein is tagged at its N-tenninus with a T7 epitope.
- 4. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein is tagged at its N-terminus with a T7 epitope.
- 5. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein has an almo acid sequence of SEQ ID NO.2.
- 6. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein has an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4.
- 7. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein bas an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.
- 8. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein has an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.
- 9. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein has an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:10.
- 10. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein has an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:12.
- 11. The protein of claim 1, wherein the protein has an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14.
