Claims
- 1. A multi-layer capacitor formed by sequentially laminating a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of metal electrode layers, wherein
said metal electrode layers alternately have an electric insulation part, and a recessed part of said metal electrode layers is covered and flattened by said dielectric layers, the recessed part being generated by the electric insulation parts.
- 2. A multi-layer capacitor according to claim 1,
wherein a plurality of layer units are laminated so that a laminating position of the first electric insulation part in a first layer unit is different from a laminating position of the second electric insulation part in a second layer unit adjacent to the first layer unit, each of the electric insulation parts being included in each of said metal electrode layers laminated on each of said dielectric layers.
- 3. A multi-layer capacitor according to claim 2,
wherein laminating positions oft he electric insulation parts are periodically changed.
