- 1. A recombinant nucleic acid molecule that encodes a protein comprising the extracellular domain of human flk-2 having the sequence shown in FIG. 1B and in SEQ. ID. NO. 3, wherein the protein lacks the flk-2 intracellular catalytic domain.
- 2. An isolated mRNA that encodes a protein comprising the extracellular domain of human flk-2 having the sequence shown in FIG. 1B and in SEQ. ID. NO. 3, wherein the protein lacks the flk-2 intracellular catalytic domain.
