Claims
- 1. An oil free screw compressor comprising a motor shaft to which a motor rotor is mounted, a motor casing for holding a motor stator arranged in opposite to said motor rotor, a male rotor in which a screw-like male tooth shape is formed, a female rotor in which a screw-like female tooth shape is formed, a casing for receiving the male rotor and the female rotor, and timing gears connected to the male rotor and the female rotor for synchronously rotating the male rotor and female rotor, said motor shaft and a rotational shaft of one of said male rotor and said female rotor being integral so that a rotational speed of said motor is equal to a rotational speed of at least one of said male rotor and the female rotor.
- 2. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein said motor shaft is integral with said rotational shaft of said male rotor.
- 3. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 2, further comprising at least one bearing supporting said rotational shaft of said male rotor on a discharge side of said compressor, and at least one bearing supporting said motor shaft on a load side of said compressor.
- 4. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 2, wherein the integral shaft composed of said motor shaft and said rotational shaft of said male rotor is supported by bearings consisting essentially of at least one bearing supporting said rotational shaft of said male rotor on discharge side of said compressor and at least one bearing supporting said motor shaft on a load side of said compressor.
- 5. An oil free screw compressor comprising a compressor main body provided with a male rotor having a rotational shaft and a female rotor having a rotational shaft, an electric motor having a motor shaft for rotating the compressor main body, and timing gears connected to the male rotor and the female rotor for synchronously rotating the male rotor and female rotor, said motor shaft of electric motor and said rotation shaft of one of said male rotor and said female rotor being integral so that a rotational speed of said motor is equal to a rotation speed of at least one of said male rotor and the female rotor.
- 6. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first roller bearing for rotatably supporting said male rotor and the female rotor is provided in each of the rotors, said first roller bearing being provided in said electric motor.
- 7. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 6, wherein a screw seal for sealing a lubricating oil supplied to the roller bearing for supporting said male rotor and the female rotor is provided in each of the rotors, a screw seal for sealing a lubricating oil supplied to said first roller bearing provided in said electric motor is provided, and sizes of the screw seals are made equal to each other.
- 8. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 5, wherein said motor shaft is integral with said rotational shaft of said male rotor.
- 9. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 8, further comprising at least one bearing supporting said rotational shaft of said male rotor on a discharge side of said compressor, and at least one bearing supporting said motor shaft on a load side of said compressor.
- 10. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 8, wherein the integral shaft composed of said motor shaft and said rotational shaft of said male rotor is supported by bearings consisting essentially of at least one bearing supporting said rotational shaft of said male rotor on discharge side of said compressor and at least one bearing supporting said motor shaft on a load side of said compressor.
- 11. An oil free screw compressor comprising a motor shaft to which a motor rotor is mounted, a motor casing for holding a motor stator arranged in opposite to said motor rotor, a male rotor in which a screw-like male tooth shape is formed, a female rotor in which a screw-like female tooth shape is formed, a casing for receiving the male rotor and the female rotor, a coupling for coupling said motor shaft and said rotational shaft at least one of said male rotor and said female rotor so that a rotational speed of said motor is equal to a rotational speed of at least one of said male rotor and the female rotor, and timing gears connected to the male rotor and the female rotor for synchronously rotating the male rotor and female rotor.
- 12. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 11, herein said coupling comprises a first gear provided in a side of one end of any one of said male rotor and the female rotor, a second gear meshing with the first gear is provided in a side of one end of said motor shaft, and a ratio of a number of teeth between the first gear and the second gear is set to be substantially one to one.
- 13. An oil free screw compressor according to claim 11, wherein said coupling couples said motor shaft and said rotational shaft of said male rotor.
- 14. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 11, wherein a first gear is provided in a side of one end of said male rotor, a second gear meshing with the first gear is provided in a side of one end of said electric motor, and a ratio of a number of teeth between the first gear and the second gear is set to be one to one.
- 15. An oil free screw compressor comprising a compressor main body provided with a male rotor having a rotational shaft and a female rotor having a rotational shaft, and an electric motor having a motor shaft for rotating the compressor main body, a coupling for coupling said motor shaft and said rotational shaft at least one of said male rotor and said female rotor so that a rotational speed of said motor is equal to a rotation speed of at least one of said male rotor and the female rotor, and timing gears connected to the male rotor and the female rotor for synchronously rotating the male rotor and female rotor.
- 16. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 15, wherein a first gear is provided in a side of one end of any one of said male rotor and the female rotor, a second gear meshing with the first gear is provided in a side of one end of said electric motor, and a ratio of a number of teeth between the first gear and the second gear is set to be one to one.
- 17. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 15, wherein a first roller bearing for rotatably supporting said male rotor and the female rotor is provided in each of the rotors, said first roller bearing being provided in said electric motor.
- 18. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 17, wherein a screw seal for sealing a lubricating oil supplied to the roller bearing for supporting said male rotor and the female rotor is provided in each of the rotors, a screw seal for sealing a lubricating oil supplied to said first roller bearing provided in said electric motor is provided, and sizes of the screw seals are made equal to each other.
- 19. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 15, wherein said coupling comprises a first gear is provided in a side of one end of any one of said male rotor and the female rotor, a second gear meshing with the first gear is provided in a side of one end of said electric motor, and a ratio of a number of teeth between the first gear and the second gear is set to be one to one.
- 20. An oil free screw compressor according to claim 15, wherein said coupling couples said motor shaft and said rotational shaft of said male rotor.
- 21. An oil free screw compressor as claimed in claim 15, wherein a first gear is provided in a side of one end of said male rotor, a second gear meshing with the first gear is provided in a side of one end of said electric motor, and a ratio of a number of teeth between the first gear and the second gear is set to be one to one.
