Claims
- 1. An optical disc having a plurality of sectors, each of one of said sectors, sequentially comprising: a guard data recording field for recording guard data, a data recording field containing a synchronous signal and following user data, the guard data in said guard data recording field being the same as a recording pattern of the synchronous signal, and the phase of the recording pattern being continuous at the boundary of said guard data recording field and said data recording field.
- 2. An optical disc of claim 1, wherein a recording interval of said guard data recording field is randomly changeable in every recording.
- 3. An optical disc of claim 2, wherein the recording interval of said guard data recording field is changeable by an amount of 7 bytes or less, and is randomly changeable by a unit of 1 byte, in every recording.
- 4. An optical disc of claim 3, wherein the period of 1 byte is 548 ns and the frequency of a channel bit for composing 1 byte by 16 channel bits is 29.18 Mhz.
- 5. An optical disc of claim 2, wherein the recording pattern of the guard data in said guard data recording field repeats a mark and space with a length of 4 channel bits, and the recording interval of said guard data recording field is randomly changeable by an amount of 7 bytes or less in units of 1 byte.
- 6. An optical disc of claim 5, wherein the recording pattern of the guard data in said guard data recording field repeats an amount of 7 bytes or less in units of 1 byte.
- 7. An optical disc device, operative on an optical disc having a plurality of sectors divided from a track, comprising:
- guard data generating means for generating guard data;
- synchronous signal generating means for generating a synchronous signal; and
- first record controlling means for (i) forming each sector comprising sequentially a guard data recording field for recording guard data, and a data recording field containing the synchronous signal and following user data, (ii) setting the guard data in said guard data recording field to be the same as a recording pattern of the synchronous signal and the phase of the recording pattern to be continuous at the boundary of said guard data recording field and said data recording field, and (iii) recording signals in the guard data recording field and the data recording field.
- 8. An optical disc device of claim 7, further comprising first random changing means for randomly changing the recording interval of said guard data recording field.
- 9. An optical disc device of claim 8, wherein said random changing means randomly changes a changing amount of 7 bytes or less of the guard data recording field in every recording with a resolution unit of 1 byte.
- 10. An optical disc device of claim 9, wherein the period of 1 byte is 548 ns and the frequency of a channel bit for composing 1 byte by 16 channel bits is 29.18 MHz.
- 11. An optical disc device of claim 8, wherein the random changing means is for changing the recording pattern of the guard data in said guard data recording field and repeats a mark and space with a length of 4 channel bits, and the recording interval of said guard data recording field is randomly changeable by an amount of 7 bytes or less in units of 1 byte.
- 12. An optical disc device of claim 11, wherein the recording pattern of the guard data in said guard data recording field repeats a pattern of channel bits 0010001.
- 13. A recording method for an optical disc having a plurality of sectors divided from a track, the method comprising:
- forming a sector structure comprised sequentially of a guard data recording field for recording guard data and a data recording field containing a synchronous signal and following user data,
- setting the guard data in said guard data recording field to be the same as a recording pattern of the synchronous signal, and
- setting the phase of the recording pattern to be continuous at the boundary of said guard data recording field and said data recording field.
- 14. A recording method for an optical disc of claim 13, further comprising randomly changing in every recording the recording interval of said guard data recording field.
- 15. A recording method for an optical disc of claim 14, further comprising setting the changing amount of the recording interval of said guard data recording field to 7 bytes or less, and randomly changing the amount in every recording by a unit of 1 byte.
- 16. A recording method for an optical disc of claim 15, further comprising setting the period of 1 byte to 548 ns and the frequency of a channel bit for composing 1 byte by 16 channel bits to 29.18 MHz.
- 17. A recording method of 14, wherein the recording pattern of the guard data in said guard data recording field is changed to repeat a mark and space with a length of 4 channel bits, and the recording interval of said guard data recording field is randomly changeable by an amount of 7 bytes or less in units of 1 byte.
- 18. A recording method of claim 17, wherein the recording pattern of the guard data in said data recording field repeats a pattern of channel bits 00010001.
