Claims
- 1. An isolated polypeptide comprising:
- a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence encoded by a polynucleotide having a coding sequence which is at least 95% identical to the coding sequence of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 2. An isolated polypeptide comprising:
- a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence which is at least 95% identical to an amino acid sequence of the polypeptide comprising amino acids 2 to 356 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 3. The isolated polypeptide according to claim 1, wherein said isolated polypeptide comprises a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence identical to amino acids 2 to 356 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 4. The isolated polypeptide according to claim 2 wherein said polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence identical to amino acids 2 to 356 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 5. The isolated polypeptide according to claim 1 wherein said coding sequence comprises nucleotides 7 to 1074 of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 6. The isolated polypeptide according to claim 1 wherein said coding sequence comprises nucleotides 4 to 1074 of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 7. The isolated polypeptide according to claim 1 wherein said coding sequence comprises nucleotides 1 to 1079 of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 8. An isolated polypeptide comprising:
- a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence encoded by a polynucleotide which is at least 95% identical to the polypeptide coding portion of the human cDNA of ATCC Deposit No. 75773.
- 9. The isolated polypeptide of claim 8, comprising the mature polypeptide encoded by the human cDNA of ATCC Deposit No. 75773.
- 10. The isolated polypeptide of claim 8, consisting of a polypeptide identical to the mature polypeptide encoded by the human cDNA of ATCC Deposit No. 75773.
- 11. A polypeptide produced by a method comprising the step of expressing said polypeptide from a recombinant cell containing a polynucleotide which comprises a coding sequence which is at least 95% identical to the coding sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 12. A polypeptide according to claim 11, wherein said coding polynucleotide sequence consists of a polynucleotide sequence identical to the polynucleotide sequence encoding amino acids 2 to 356 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 13. A polypeptide according to claim 11 wherein said coding sequence comprises nucleotides 7 to 1073 of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 14. A polypeptide produced by a method comprising the step of expressing said polypeptide from a recombinant cell containing a polynucleotide which comprises a coding sequence which is at least 95% identical to the polypeptide coding portion of the human cDNA of ATCC Deposit No. 75773, which encodes a mature polypeptide.
- 15. A polypeptide according to claim 14, comprising the mature polypeptide encoded by the human cDNA of ATCC Deposit No. 75773.
- 16. A polypeptide according to claim 16, consisting of the mature polypeptide encoded by the human cDNA of ATCC Deposit No. 75773.
