Claims
- 1. A method of manufacturing a permeable screen comprising the steps of:
- (a) forming a front dispersing panel which is comprised of a dispersing agent and a base material, said front dispersing panel having a box-shape and having a projection formed along an edge on a light incident side of said front dispersing panel,
- (b) forming a lenticular lens sheet having a lens surface,
- (c) forming a Fresnel lens sheet having an additional lens surface, and
- (d) positioning the lenticular lens sheet and the Fresnel lens sheet on the light incident side of the front dispersing panel and adjacent said projection of the front dispersing panel having the box-shape.
- 2. The manufacturing method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes pouring a resin as the base material on a plastic film containing the dispersing agent disposed in a die, and solidifying the resin.
- 3. The method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes laminating and adhering a plastic film containing the dispersing agent to the base material using an adhesive.
- 4. The method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes laminating and fixing a plastic film containing the dispersing agent to a resin as the base material, by heating and pressing.
- 5. The method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes adhering a mixed solution containing the dispersing agent, a resin and a solvent to a surface of the base material, and then removing the solvent.
- 6. The method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes adhering a mixed solution containing the dispersing agent and a solvent to a surface of the base material, and then removing the solvent.
- 7. The method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes pouring a material comprising the dispersing agent and the base material, into a die, and then solidifying the mixture.
- 8. The method of manufacturing the permeable screen of claim 1, wherein step (a) includes forming two layers simultaneously by combining a base material and the dispersing agent.
- 9. A method of manufacturing a projecting type television receiver comprising the steps of:
- (a) assembling a permeable screen by installing a lenticular lens sheet and a Fresnel lens sheet inside a front dispersing panel, said front dispersing panel comprised of a dispersing agent and a base material, said front dispersing panel having a box-shape and having a projection formed along an edge on a light incident side of said front dispersing panel, said front dispersing panel functioning as a screen and having a first fitting means, and
- (b) fitting and assembling a cabinet having a second fitting means to the first fitting means of the permeable screen.
- 10. The method of manufacturing the projection type television of claim 9, wherein one of the first fitting means and the second fitting means is convex and the other is concave, and wherein the first fitting means and the second fitting means are directly fitted to each other.
- 11. A method of manufacturing a projecting type television receiver comprising the steps of:
- (a) assembling a permeable screen, said assembly of said permeable screen further comprising the steps of:
- (a1) forming a front dispersing panel which is comprised of a dispersing agent and a base material, said front dispersing panel having a box-shape and having a projection formed along an edge on a light incident side of said front dispersing panel, wherein said front dispersing panel has a first fitting means,
- (a2) forming a lenticular lens sheet having a lens surface,
- (a3) forming a Fresnel lens sheet having an additional lens surface, and
- (a4) positioning the lenticular lens sheet and the Fresnel lens sheet on the light incident side of said front dispersing panel and adjacent the projection of the front dispersing panel having the box-shape, and
- (b) fitting a cabinet having a second fitting means to the first fitting means of said front dispersing panel of the permeable screen.
- 12. The method of manufacturing a projecting type television receiver of claim 11, wherein the first fitting means is disposed on an edge of the projection of the front dispersing panel, and the second fitting means is disposed on a front edge of the cabinet.
- 13. The method of manufacturing a projecting type television receiver of claim 11, wherein the first fitting means is disposed on an edge of the projection of the front dispersing panel, the second fitting means is disposed on a front edge of the cabinet, one of the first fitting means and the second fitting means is convex and the other is concave, and wherein the first fitting means and the second fitting means are directly coupled to each other.
