Claims
- 1. An isolated phenylalanyl tRNA synthetase polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO:2.
- 2. A composition comprising the isolated polypeptide of claim 1 and a carrier.
- 3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1, wherein the isolated polypeptide comprises a heterologous amino acid sequence fused to SEQ ID NO:2.
- 4. A composition comprising the isolated polypeptide of claim 3 and a carrier.
- 5. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1, wherein the isolated polypeptide consists of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 6. A composition comprising the isolated polypeptide of claim 5 and a carrier.
- 7. An isolated polypeptide consisting of a fragment of at least 50 consecutive amino acids of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 8. The isolated polypeptide of claim 7, wherein the isolated polypeptide comprises a heterologous amino acid sequence fused to the polypeptide of claim 7 and wherein the isolated polypeptide binds specifically to an antibody which bind specifically to SEQ ID NO:2.
- 9. An isolated polypeptide consisting of a fragment at least 30 consecutive amino acids of SEQ ID NO:2.
