Claims
  • 1. A mixture comprising compounds of the formula RO—PO(A)-CH2—CH2—CO2H and  (I)HO—PO(A)-CH2—CH2—CO2R,  (II)
  • 2. The mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein R5 is a saturated, unsaturated or polyunsaturated C1-C20-(—CO—O-hydroxyalkylene).
  • 3. The mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein R5 is —CO—O—CH2—CH(OH)—CH2—, —CO—O—CH2—C(CH2OH)2—CH2—, —CO—O—(CH2)2—CH(OH)—CH2— or —CO—O—CH2—C(CH3)(CH2OH)2—CH2—.
  • 4. The mixture as claimed in claim 1, comprising compounds of the formula RO—P(═O)(A)-CH2—CH2—CO2H and  (I)H—OP(═O)(A)-CH2—CH2—CO2—R, in which  (II)A is methyl, ethyl, propyl or butyl,R is (D,E)C═C(B, R5),D being H or methyl,E being H or methyl,B being H or methyl,R5 being —CO—O—CH2—CH(OH)—CH2—, —CO—O—CH2—C(CH2OH)2—CH2—, —CO—O—(CH2)2—CH(OH)—CH2— or —CO—O—CH2—C(CH3)(CH2OH)2—CH2—.
  • 5. The mixture as claimed in claim 1, comprising from 99.9 to 20% by weight of the compound of formula (I) and from 0.1 to 80% by weight of the compound of formula (II), the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 6. A process for the preparation of mixture comprising compounds of the formula RO—PO(A)-CH2—CH2—CO2H and  (I)HO—PO(A)-CH2—CH2—CO2R,  (II)
  • 7. The process as claimed in claim 6, wherein the oxaphospholane is of the formula (III)
  • 8. The process as claimed in claim 6, wherein R5 is —CO—O—CH2—CH(OH)—CH2—, —CO—O—CH2—C(CH2OH)2—CH2—, —CO—O—(CH2)2—CH(OH)—CH2— or —CO—O—CH2—C(CH3)(CH2OH)2—CH2—.
  • 9. The process as claimed in, claim 6, wherein the mixture comprises from 99.9 to 20% by weight of the compound of formula (I) and from 0.1 to 80% by weight of the compound of formula (II), the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 10. A flameproofing agent comprising a mixture as claimed in claim 1.
  • 11. A flameproofing composition, comprising from 99.9 to 40% by weight of a mixture as claimed in claim 1 and from 0.1 to 60% by weight of an olefin component, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 12. The flameproofing composition as claimed in claim 11, comprising from 99 to 50% by weight of the mixture as claimed in claim 1 and from 10 to 50% by weight of an olefin component, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 13. A flameproofed polymer molding material, comprising from 0.5 to 50% by weight of a mixture as claimed in claim 1, from 1 to 99% by weight of a thermoplastic polymer or a mixture thereof, from 0 to 60% by weight of additives and from 0 to 60% by weight of a filler, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 14. The flameproofed polymer molding material as claimed in claim 13, wherein the thermoplastic polymer or mixture thereof are high-impact polystyrene, polyphenylene ether, polyamides, polyesters, polycarbonates and blends or polymer blends of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene.
  • 15. A polymer molding, film, filament or fiber comprising at least one polymer and from 0.5 to 50% by weight of a mixture as claimed claim 1.
  • 16. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 15, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer.
  • 17. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 15, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermoplastic polymer selected from the group consisting of high-impact polystyrene, polyphenylene ether, polyamides, polyesters, polycarbonates and blends or polymer blends of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polyamide, polyesters acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene and mixtures thereof.
  • 18. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 15, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermosetting polymer selected from the group consisting of formaldehyde-, epoxy- or melamine-phenol resin polymers and/or polyurethanes and mixtures thereof.
  • 19. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 15, comprising from 0.5 to 50% by weight of the mixture, from 1 to 99% by weight of a the at least one polymer, from 0 to 60% by weight of additives and from 0 to 60% by weight of a filler, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 20. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 15, comprising from 1 to 40% by weight of the mixture, from 1 to 99% by weight of the at least one polymer, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermosetting polymer or a mixture thereof, from 0.5 to 60% by weight of additives and from 0.5 to 60% by weight of a filler, a reinforcing material or both, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 21. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 20, wherein the thermosetting polymer or mixture thereof is selected from the group consisting of unsaturated polyester resins, dicyclopentadiene-modified unsaturated polyesters, polyphenylene ethers and butadiene polymers.
  • 22. An article comprising a polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 15, wherein the article is selected from the group consisting of electrical switch parts, components in automotive construction, electrical engineering, electronics, circuit boards, prepregs, potting compounds for electronic components, boat and rotor blade construction, GFR outdoor applications, household and sanitary applications and engineering materials.
  • 23. A mixture of compounds made in accordance with the process of claim 6.
  • 24. A process for preparing a flameproofing composition comprising the step of adding a mixture to the flameproofing composition during production of the flameproofing composition.
  • 25. A flameproofing composition made in accordance with the process of claim 24.
  • 26. A polymer molding, film, filament or fiber comprising at least one polymer and from 0.5 to 50% by weight of a flameproofed polymer molding material as claimed in claim 13.
  • 27. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 26, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer.
  • 28. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 26, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermoplastic polymer selected from the group consisting of high-impact polystyrene, polyphenylene ether, polyamides, polyesters, polycarbonates and blends or polymer blends of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polyamide, polyester, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene and mixtures thereof.
  • 29. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 26, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermosetting polymer selected from the group consisting of formaldehyde-, epoxy- or melamine-phenol resin polymers polyurethanes and mixtures thereof.
  • 30. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 26, comprising from 0.5 to 50% by weight of the mixture, from 1 to 99% by weight of the at least one polymer, from 0 to 60% by weight of additives and from 0 to 60% by weight of a filler, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 31. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 26, comprising from 1 to 40% by weight of the mixture, from 1 to 99% by weight of the at least one polymer, wherein the at least one polymer is a thermosetting polymer or a mixture thereof, from 0.5 to 60% by weight of additives and from 0.5 to 60% by weight of a filler, a reinforcing material or both, the sum of the components always being 100% by weight.
  • 32. The polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 31, wherein the thermosetting polymer or mixture thereof is selected from the group consisting of unsaturated polyester resins, dicyclopentadiene-modified unsaturated polyesters, polyphenylene ethers and butadiene polymers.
  • 33. An article comprising a polymer molding, film, filament or fiber as claimed in claim 26, wherein the article is selected from the group consisting of electrical switch parts, components in automotive construction, electrical engineering, electronics, circuit boards, prepregs, potting compounds for electronic components, boat and rotor blade construction, GFR outdoor applications, household and sanitary applications and engineering materials.
