Claims
- 1. A photosensitive slurry comprising a mixture of (i) a polyvinyl alcohol-based, water-soluble photosensitive solution, (ii) a low-melting glass powder as a binder, and (iii) one of a conductive powder or an insulating powder, said low-melting glass powder having a content of B.sub.2 O.sub.3 as a component thereof of not more than 6% by weight based on the total amount of low-melting glass powder in said mixture.
- 2. The photosensitive slurry according to claim 1, wherein the photosensitive slurry is essentially free from an organic solvent.
- 3. The photosensitive slurry according to claim 1, wherein the conductive powder comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of Au, Ag, RuO.sub.2, ITO, Al, Ti, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zr, Nb, Mo, Pb, Ta, W, and Pt.
- 4. The photosensitive slurry according to claim 1, wherein the insulating powder comprises at least one of alumina, a high-melting glass powder, and a pigment.
- 5. The photosensitive slurry according to claim 1, wherein the low-melting glass powder is a powder containing SiO.sub.2, PbO, and Al.sub.2 O.sub.3.
- 6. The photosensitive slurry according to claim 1, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol-based, water-soluble photosensitive solution contains as a sensitizing agent a diazo compound or ammonium bichromate.
- 7. The photosensitive slurry according to claim 1 wherein the B.sub.2 O.sub.3 content is not more than 5% by weight based on the total amount of low-melting glass powder in said mixture.
