Claims
- 1. A human tissue plasminogen activator hybrid comprising at least both kringle regions of human tissue plasminogen activator and one or two heterologous kringles selected from the group consisting of the human urokinase kringle and either of the human prothrombin kringles, wherein said hybrid possesses the fibrinolytic and amidolytic activities of native human tissue plasminogen activator.
- 2. The plasminogen activator of claim 1 which is 91-(PTKaa.sup.65-248 -Ser-Glu-Gly-Asn-Ser-Asp)-92 t-PA.
- 3. The plasminogen activator of claim 1 which is (UKaa.sup.1-131 -Ser-Glu-Gly-Asn-Ser-Asp).sup.1-91 t-PA.
- 4. The plasminogen activator of claim 1 which is 91-(UKaa.sup.50-131 -Ser-Glu-Gly-Asn-Ser-Asp)-92 t-PA.
- 5. The plasminogen activator of claim 1 which is 261-(Ser-Glu-Gly-Asn-Ser-Asp-UKaa.sup.50-131)-262 t-PA.
