Claims
- 1. A plurality of polymer particles comprising a copolymer of 1 to 30% wt of a multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and 70 to 99% wt of a multifunctional aromatic monomer, said particles each having a particle size of 1 to 15 microns with a standard deviation of less than 4% of the mean diameter; and a recovery factor greater than 35%, wherein the multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer is a (C2-C18)alkanediol di(meth)acrylate.
- 2. The particles of claim 1 wherein the (C2-C18)alkanediol di(meth)acrylate is selected from the group consisting of 1,2-ethanediol di(meth)acrylate; 1,3-propanediol di(meth)acrylate; 1;4-butanediol di(meth)acrylate; 1,5-pentanediol di(meth)acrylate; 1,6-hexanediol di(meth)acrylate; 1,8-octanediol di(meth)acrylate; and 1,10-decanediol di(meth)acrylate.
- 3. The particles of claim 1 wherein the multifunctional aromatic monomer is selected from the group consisting of divinylbenzene; divinylnaphthalene; and N,N-divinyl aniline.
- 4. The particles of claim 1 wherein the amount of the multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer is 5 to 20% wt and the amount of the of the multifunctional aromatic monomer is 80 to 95% wt.
- 5. The particles of claim 1 further comprising a coating having adhesive properties.
- 6. The particles of claim 1 further comprising a coating having conductive properties.
- 7. The particles of claim 1 further comprising a colorant.
- 8. The particles of claim 1 having been heat cured.
