Claims
- 1. A method of producing multilayer ferrite components in which magnetic layers and internal electrodes are laminated, comprising:a step of producing a raw material for multilayer ferrite chip components including the steps of: mixing raw materials for magnetic ferrite; pre-sintering at 900° C. or lower the mixed raw powders; milling said sintered material; selecting powders of distribution peak positioning in range of 0.3 to 1.2 μm from said milled powders; and making sheets or pastes for forming the magnetic layers with said powders of distribution peak ranging 0.3 to 1.2 μm; a step of alternately laminating said sheets or pastes and a material for internal electrodes for forming a multilayer body; and a step of sintering said multilayer body at temperature of 940° C. or lower.
- 2. The method of producing multilayer ferrite components as set forth in claim 1, wherein the material for the internal electrode is Ag or Ag alloys.
- 3. The method of producing multilayer ferrite components as set forth in claim 1, in which the sintering temperature is 870 to 930° C.
- 4. The method of producing multilayer ferrite components as set forth in claim 1, wherein the raw powders are at least one selected from the group consisting of MgO, Mg(OH)2, MgCO3, and NiO powder, Fe2O3 powder, CuO powder and ZnO powder, wherein said magnetic ferrite being MgNiCuZn ferrite.
