Claims
- 1. A process for the preparation of a photoreceptor with reduced fractionation which comprises providing a chalcogenide alloy component that has been subjected to crystallization, grinding and pelletizing, followed by evaporation, and depositing the resulting product on a supporting substrate.
- 2. A process in accordance with claim 1 wherein the crystallization of the chalcogenide alloy component is accomplished at a temperature of from about 85.degree. to about 100.degree. C.
- 3. A process for the preparation of a photoreceptor with reduced fractionation which comprises providing a crystallized chalcogenide alloy containing selenium, which alloy has been subjected to grinding and pelletizing, followed by vacuum evaporation, and depositing the resulting product on a supporting substrate.
