Claims
- 1. A printed wiring board for mounting circuit elements thereon, comprising:
- a base plate comprising at least one sheet type storage battery including a negative electrode layer, a positive electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer sandwiched between said positive and negative electrode layers;
- preimpregnation plates laminated on both surfaces of said base plate; and
- holes formed in said printed wiring board for electrically connecting said positive and negative electrode layers to the circuit elements, said holes being coated with copper coating at the inner walls thereof.
- 2. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 1, wherein said holes for said positive and negative electrode layers are formed at the same surface of said printed wiring board.
- 3. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base plate further comprises thermoplastic resin films laminated on the both surfaces of said base plate.
- 4. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of said thermoplastic resin films comprises a material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polystyrene, polyamide resin, phenol resin and epoxy resin.
- 5. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base plate further comprises a spacer attached to said negative electrode layer.
- 6. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base plate comprises plural sheet type storage batteries and plural spacers provided such that said sheet type storage batteries and said spacers are alternately arranged in a predetermined direction.
- 7. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 6, wherein said base plate further comprises thermoplastic resin films laminated on both surfaces of each of said batteries and spacers.
- 8. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of said thermoplastic resin films comprises any material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polystyrene, polyamide resin, phenol resin and epoxy resin.
- 9. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 8, further comprising throughholes formed in said printed wiring board at the position where said spacers are embedded.
- 10. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 9, wherein said throughholes are coated with copper coating at the inner walls thereof.
- 11. A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 10, further comprising jumper wires connected between the copper coatings of said holes and said throughholes.
- 12.
- A printed wiring board as claimed in claim 10, further comprising electrode terminals provided in said holes in such a manner as to be contacted with the copper coating of said holes.
