Claims
- 1. A single dose disposable dispenser for dispensing a material to be applied with an applicator comprising:a tray having a first and second material well; a cover covering the first and second material wells; a channel connecting said first and second material wells; a frangible channel seal placed in said channel; a nozzle connected to one of said first and second material wells; a frangible nozzle seal placed in said nozzle; and an applicator having a bore therein and an applicating portion, the bore adapted to mate with said nozzle, whereby the material contained in the first and second well is capable of being mixed and dispensed through the bore and onto the applicating portion.
- 2. A single dose disposable dispenser for dispensing a material to be applied with an applicator as in claim 1 wherein:said frangible nozzle seal comprises a releasable adhesive.
- 3. A method of dispensing a material to be applied with an applicator comprising the steps of:holding a first material in a first well; holding a second material in a second well; forming a channel between the first and second wells; releasable sealing the channel formed between said first and second wells; forming a nozzle connected to said second well; attaching an applicator having a bore to the nozzle; unsealing the channel between the first and second wells; moving the first material and second material back and forth between the first and second wells, whereby the first and second materials are mixed together; and ejecting the mixed first and second material onto the applicator, whereby the mixed first and second material is capable of being placed on a surface with the applicator.
- 4. A single dose disposable dispenser for dispensing a material to be applied with an applicator as in claim 1 wherein:said frangible channel seal comprises a releasable adhesive.

No. 08/680,136 filed Jul. 15, 1996 entitled “Dental Etch and Package Therefore”, now U.S. Pat. No. 5,954,996, which is a continuation in part of application Ser. No. 08/275,003 filed Jul. 13, 1994 entitled “Single Patient Dose Medicament With Applicator”, now U.S. Pat. No. 5,660,273, all of which are herein incorporated by reference.
