Claims
- 1. A substrate carrier jig combined with a liquid crystal display element having a substrate, comprising:
- a carrier; and
- a sticky layer, provided on said carrier, adhering the substrate of the liquid crystal display element to a surface thereof,
- wherein said sticky layer has a peeling adhesion, per width of 20 mm, which falls within a range of 50 g to 800 g, so that the sticky layer may be repeatedly used.
- 2. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, wherein said sticky layer comprises silicone rubber whose surface is plain.
- 3. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 2, wherein said carrier comprises an epoxy resin plate having a thickness of 2 mm and said sticky layer has a thickness of 0.2 mm.
- 4. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, further comprising an adhesive layer for adhering said sticky layer to a surface of said carrier.
- 5. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 4, wherein said adhesive layer comprises silicone resin.
- 6. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, wherein said sticky layer comprises butyl rubber whose surface is plain.
- 7. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 6, wherein said carrier comprises soda glass whose thickness is 1.6 mm and said sticky layer has a thickness of 0.5 mm.
- 8. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, further comprising an adhesive layer for adhering said sticky layer to a surface of said carrier, said adhesive layer being double-coated tape in which one side is acrylic and the other side is silicone.
- 9. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, wherein said sticky layer comprises a silicone rubber polymer whose surface is plain.
- 10. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, further comprising an intermediate layer provided between said carrier and said sticky layer.
- 11. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 10, further comprising:
- a first adhesive layer for adhering said intermediate layer to a surface of said carrier; and
- a second adhesive layer for sticking said intermediate layer to the surface of said sticky layer.
- 12. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, wherein said sticky layer has transmittance of at least 30% with respect to an UV ray whose wavelength is 365 nm.
- 13. The substrate carrier jig as defined in claim 1, wherein said sticky layer has transmittance of at least 50% with respect to an UV ray whose wavelength is 365 nm.
