Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula ##STR16## wherein X.sup.3 is X.sup.31 or X.sup.32 ##STR17## T is CH.sub.2 or O, Q is hydrogen, lower-alkyl, or lower alkyl substituted by OH, COOH, or --COO-lower alkyl;
- A and A' are aryl, heteroaryl, heterocyclyl, alkyl, or cycloalkyl;
- Y is hydrogen; --CH.sub.2 COOH or --SO2-A';
- M is a group of the formula M.sup.1 or, when X.sup.3 is a group X.sup.32 or when X.sup.3 is a group X.sup.31 and simultaneously Q is not hydrogen and/or when A is alkyl or cycloalkyl, then M can also be a group of one of the formulae M.sup.2 to M.sup.8 : ##STR18## --CH.sub.2 CH(NH(CO).sub.1-2 R.sup.7)-- (M.sup.3), --CH.sub.2 CH(NHC(O)O-benzyl)-- (M.sup.4),
- .dbd.CH(CH.sub.2).sub.1-2 R.sup.7 (M.sup.5),
- .dbd.CHCH.sub.2 C(O)R.sup.8 (M.sup.6),
- .dbd.CHCH.sub.2 NH(CO).sub.1-2 R.sup.7 (M.sup.7) or
- .dbd.CHCH.sub.2 NHC(O)O-benzyl (M.sup.8),
- R.sup.3 is hydrogen, lower-alkyl or -alkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, aryl-lower alkyl, heteroaryl-lower alkyl or cycloalkyl-lower alkyl,
- R.sup.4 is hydrogen, lower-alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or cycloalkyl-lower alkyl,
- R.sup.5 is hydrogen, lower-alkyl or a group R.sup.51 optionally bonded via lower-alkylene,
- R.sup.51 is --COOH, --COO-lower-alkyl, lower-alkanoyl, OH lower-alkanoyloxy, lower-alkoxy, aryl-lower alkoxy, --CONH.sub.2, --CONHCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OH, --CONHOH, --CONHO-benzyl, --CONHSO.sub.2 -lower-alkyl, --CONHCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 -aryl --CONH-cycloalkyl, --CONHCH.sub.2 -heteroaryl, NH.sub.2, --NHCOO-lower-alkyl, --NHCOO-lower-aralkyl, --NHSO.sub.3 H, (--NHSO.sub.2 or --NHSO.sub.3)-lower-alkyl, --NH-lower-alkanoyl, --NHCOCOOH, --NHCOCOO-lower-alkyl, --NH-cycloalkyl, --NH-(3,4-dioxo-2-hydroxy-cyclobut-1-enyl), --NH-(2-lower-(alkoxy or -alkenyloxy)-3,4-dioxocyclobut-1-enyl!, --NHCH.sub.2 -heteroaryl, --NHCOCO-(aryl or lower-alkyl), --NHCOCH.sub.2 Cl, --NHCOCH.sub.2 O-aryl, --NHCOCH.sub.2 -aryl, --NHCO-aryl, --NHCO-heteroaryl, --NHPO.sub.3 (R.sup.9,R.sup.10), heteroaryl or --CON(CH.sub.2).sub.4-9 optionally interrupted by O or S and optionally substituted by up to 2 substituents from the group of lower-alkyl --COOH, --COO-lower alkyl, --CH.sub.2 OH and --CH.sub.2 O-benzyl.
- R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 are hydrogen, lower-alkyl or phenyl, provided that R.sup.4 can not be phenyl, when Q, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.5 are simultaneously hydrogen,
- N(R.sup.6) is benzylamino or --N(CH.sub.2).sub.4-9 optionally interrupted by O or S and optionally ring substituted by up to 2 substituents from the group of lower-alkyl, COOH, --COO-lower alkyl, --CH.sub.2 OH and --CH.sub.2 O-benzyl,
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 are aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl or heterocyclyl, or
- R.sup.8 is --N(CH.sub.2)4-9 optionally substituted by up to 2 substituents selected from the group consisting of oxo, --COO-lower-alkyl, --(CH.sub.2).sub.0-1 OH, --(CH.sub.2).sub.0-1 OCO-lower-alkyl. --CONH.sub.2, --CONH-lower-alkyl or --CON(lower-alkyl).sub.2,
- a hydrate, solvate or physiologically compatible salt thereof.
