Claims
- 1. A surface active agent containing fluorine, comprising a copolymer composed of essential constituting units of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a fluorinated alkyl group and an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group, wherein the surface loss energy of said surface active agent dissolved in an organic solvent is less than 110×10−5 mJ.
- 2. A surface active agent of claim 1 containing fluorine composed of a copolymer polymerized with essential constituting units of:an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a fluorinated alkyl group; and an ethylenic unsaturated monomer with a branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group containing at least tertiary carbon or quaternary carbon atoms.
- 3. A surface active agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the total number of carbon atoms in said branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group is at least 4.
- 4. A surface active agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein said branching aliphatic hydrocarbon contains at least two of tertiary or quaternary carbon atoms.
- 5. A surface active agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein said ethylenic unsaturated compound containing said branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group is represented by the chemical formula (3)
- 6. A surface active agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein said copolymer further comprises a constituting unit of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having at least a polyoxyalkylene group.
