Wires (11) provided from the raw supplier (1) enter into the constant tension control device (2) that pass through the wheels (22) and (24) and then enter into the twist station to be twisted a strand or a cable (31). The cable (31) then enters into the tension reducer device (4) that passes through the wheels (42) and (44) and moves to a shaft (51) of the product roller (5). As the wires (11) pass the constant tension control device (2), the weight (25) under the attraction of gravity can keep the wires in a constant tension always. If the transport speed of the wires changes, the weight (25) will be swung followed by the active arm (23) to control the speed and maintain constant tension automatically. By the same theory, the active arm (43) and the weight (45) of the tension reducer device (4) can control the cable (3) in a constant tension and a reduced transport speed.
Accordingly, it is to be understood that the present invention uses the weight controlled by gravity to keep the wires and the cable in a constant tension. That is the mechanical control of the present invention will be stable and reliable without mistake. Hence, it obtains utility and improvement and should be allowed for a patent. The above-mentioned structures are only embodiments to illustrate my designs and are not to limit the scope of this application. Any modified embodiment with similar merits will be still claimed by the present invention.
