Claims
- 1. A throttle device for an internal combustion engine comprising an electric drive actuator for opening and closing a throttle valve to control and intake air flow rate of the internal combustion engine, a unit formed of a throttle body, a motor case containing a motor composing an electric drive actuator and a containing portion of a connector pluggable to a motor terminal provided in an end plate of said motor, whereina motor terminal extracting port for exposing said motor terminal to said containing portion of the connector is adjacent an axial end of said electric drive actuator on an opposite side of an end from which an output shaft extends, and a guide for guiding said connector to said motor terminal extracting port when said connector is plugged into said motor terminal is arranged on an inner wall surface of said containing portion of said connector.
- 2. A throttle device for an internal combustion engine comprising an electric drive actuator for opening and closing a throttle valve to control an intake air flow rate of the internal combustion engine, a unit in which a motor case for containing a motor composing said electric drive actuator and a throttle body are integrated,a motor terminal extracting port in said throttle body, adjacent an inner axial end of said electric drive actuator on an opposite side of an outer axial end from which an output shaft extends, and a containing space of a connector to be connected to the motor terminal being arranged adjacent to said inner axial end of said electric drive actuator, wherein the containing space of the connector and a containing space for containing a throttle sensor provided at one end of a throttle valve shaft are formed in one room, with a wire lead portion of said throttle sensor being arranged directed toward said containing space.
- 3. A throttle device for an internal combustion engine according to claim 2, wherein a cover is provided for a connector and throttle sensor case which forms said containing space of the motor terminal connector and said containing space for containing the throttle sensor in said one room, and a wiring guide for arranging electric power wires to be connected to said connector and lead wires of said throttle sensor at one position to pass therethrough is insertable into a groove provided on a wall portion of said connector and throttle sensor case to be attached with said cover.
- 4. A throttle device for an internal combustion engine according to claim 3, wherein a belt-shaped metal member for holding a plurality of connectors is welded on an outer surface of said cover.
- 5. In a throttle device for an internal combustion engine including an electric drive actuator for opening and closing a throttle valve to control an intake air flow rate of the internal combustion engine, a throttle body, a motor case containing a motor composing an electric drive actuator, and a throttle sensor assembly, said throttle sensor assembly comprising: a wire lead portion of said throttle sensor; a motor terminal extracting port for exposing a motor terminal to a containing portion of a connector for receiving an end of said wire lead portion for establishing an electric connection; and a guide for guiding said connector to a motor terminal extracting port when said connector is plugged into said motor terminal arranged on an inner wall surface of said containing portion of said connector.
- 6. In a throttle device for an internal combustion engine including an electric drive actuator for opening and closing a throttle valve to control an intake air flow rate of the internal combustion engine, a throttle body, a motor case containing a motor composing an electric drive actuator, and a throttle sensor assembly, said throttle sensor assembly comprising: a throttle sensor provided at one end of a throttle valve shaft; a motor terminal extracting port adjacent an inner axial end of said electric drive actuator on opposite side of an outer axial end from which an output shaft extends, a containing space of a connector connectable to the motor terminal adjacent to said inner axial end of said electric drive actuator, wherein the containing space of the connector and a containing space for containing said throttle sensor provided at one end of a throttle valve shaft are formed in one room, and a wire lead portion of said throttle sensor is arranged directed toward said containing space.
