Claims
- 1. A microwave circuit component having a thin film coating of titanium nitride on the surface thereof to reduce multipactoring in operation of the component.
- 2. The microwave circuit component of claim 1 wherein the component is a klystron window.
- 3. The microwave circuit component of claim 1, wherein said coating is of a thickness ranging down to one molecular layer.
- 4. The microwave circuit component of claim 1, wherein said coating is a sputtered coating.
