- 1. A recombinant plasmid comprising a cDNA fragment comprising at least a first nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of:A. a sequence comprising nucleotides 1 to 96; B. a sequence comprising nucleotides 97 to 179; C. a sequence comprising nucleotides 8676 to 9133; D. a sequence comprising nucleotides 9134 to 9229; E. a sequence comprising nucleotides 5405 to 5620; F. a sequence comprising nucleotides 5134 to 5421; G. a sequence comprising nucleotides 8380 to 9006; H. a sequence comprising nucleotides 350 to 1864; I. a sequence comprising nucleotides 1663 to 4668; J. a sequence comprising nucleotides 5799 to 8375; K. a sequence comprising nucleotides 764 to 1501; L. a sequence comprising nucleotides 1502 to 1864; M. a sequence comprising nucleotides 5799 to 5885; N. a sequence comprising nucleotides 5886 to 7337; O. a sequence comprising nucleotides 7377 to 8375; P. a sequence comprising nucleotides 5895 to 6176; Q. a sequence comprising nucleotides 6399 to 6635; R. a sequence comprising nucleotides 7212 to 7337; S. a sequence comprising nucleotides 7215 to 7604; T. a sequence comprising nucleotides 7782 to 7844; of FIGS. 7A-7I, wherein the plasmid is capable of being transfected in a host cell, and is capable of being expressed in a host cell.
- 2. A transformed host comprising the recombinant plasmid of claim 1, wherein the host is capable of expressing the cDNA fragment.
