The present invention relates to the technical field of wheel grinding, and specifically, to a device for cleaning burrs after wheel machining.
After wheel machining, burrs on the front side are mainly at the rim and the cap section. In the presence of an annular circle of burrs, much difficulty is brought to removal, and the existing burr removing process hardly guarantees the roundness and concentricity of the cap section and the rim. Besides, the removing efficiency is low, the effect is poor, and the burrs are unlikely to clean thoroughly, so a device for automatically removing wheel front burrs is urgently needed in production.
The present invention is aimed at providing a device for automatically cleaning burrs at the rim and the cap section of the front side of a wheel, wherein the device can be used for automatic production, thereby improving the production efficiency and improving the burr removing effect.
In order to fulfill the above aim, the present invention adopts the technical solution: a wheel front burr cleaning device is composed of a rack, a lifting cylinder, a support frame, guide posts, guide sleeves, a lifting table, a brush, bearing seats, bearings, a turnover platform, a servo motor I, a coupling, guide rails, a left sliding plate, a right sliding plate, a gear rack structure, a servo motor II, clamping wheels, a clamping cylinder, a feeding roller bed, a working roller bed, a discharge roller bed, a cutter system support frame, a rim burr cutter adjusting cylinder, a rim burr cutter feeding cylinder, a left sliding table, a rim burr cutter, a cap section burr cutter feeding cylinder, a right sliding table, adjusting guide rails, a cap section burr cutter and a cap section burr cutter adjusting cylinder.
The support frame is fixed below the rack, the lifting cylinder is installed on the support frame, the output end of the lifting cylinder is connected with the lifting table, the four guide posts are installed below the lifting table, the guide posts are matched with the guide sleeves, and the brush is installed on the lifting table. The lifting cylinder controls ascending and descending of the lifting table to realize upward feeding and downward reset of the brush.
The servo motor I is fixed on the side of the rack, the output end of the motor is connected with the turnover platform via the coupling, the middle part of the turnover platform is a cuboid, circular shafts are arranged on the left side and right side of the turnover platform, and the shafts are matched with the bearings. The servo motor I can control the turnover platform to rotate 180 degrees every time.
The guide rails are symmetrically installed above the turnover platform, the left sliding plate and the right sliding plate are respectively installed on the guide rails, and the left sliding plate is connected with the right sliding plate via the gear rack structure. The servo motor II is installed on the left sliding plate, the clamping wheels are installed on the shaft connected with the output end of the motor, two clamping wheels are installed on each of the left sliding plate and the right sliding plate, and the clamping cylinder is connected with the left sliding plate. When the clamping cylinder drives the left sliding plate to move, the right sliding plate moves synchronously with the left sliding plate under the action of the gear rack structure, and the four clamping wheels can clamp a wheel. When the servo motor II drives the clamping wheels to rotate, low-speed rotation of the wheel in the clamped state can be realized. The structures above and below the turnover platform are completely consistent, and wheel positioning clamping rotating systems are distributed symmetrically. The servo motor I controls the turnover platform to rotate 180 degrees every time, thereby realizing cyclic switching of the positioning clamping systems above and below the turnover platform.
The cutter system support frame is installed at the edges of the feeding roller bed rack and the discharge roller bed rack. The two adjusting guide rails are symmetrically installed at the top of the cutter system support frame, and the left sliding table and the right sliding table are respectively installed on the adjusting guide rails.
The rim burr cutter feeding cylinder is installed on the left sliding table, the rim burr cutter is installed at the output end of the cylinder, and the rim burr cutter is used for removing burrs at the rim of the wheel. The rim burr cutter adjusting cylinder is installed on the left upper part of the cutter system support frame, the output end of the cylinder is connected with the left sliding table, and the position of the rim burr cutter can be adjusted by left and right sliding of the left sliding table, so that the rim burr cutter is suitable for removing burrs on wheels having different outer diameters.
The cap section burr cutter feeding cylinder is installed on the right sliding table, the cap section burr cutter is installed at the output end of the cylinder, and the cap section burr cutter is used for removing burrs at the cap section of the wheel. The cap section burr cutter adjusting cylinder is installed on the right upper part of the cutter system support frame, the output end of the cylinder is connected with the right sliding table, and the position of the cap section burr cutter can be adjusted by left and right sliding of the right sliding table, so that the cap section burr cutter is suitable for removing burrs on wheels having different cap section diameters.
The working process of the device is as follows: a wheel arrives at the feeding roller bed, and the roller bed rotates to feed the wheel into the working roller bed; the clamping cylinder is started to drive the left sliding plate and the right sliding plate to move synchronously, thus clamping the wheel; then the servo motor II is started to drive the clamping wheels to rotate, so as to drive the wheel to rotate at a low speed; the rim burr cutter and the cap section burr cutter are synchronously fed downward, burr removal begins when the cutters contact the rotating wheel, and burrs can be removed after the wheel rotates one circle; after the burrs at the rim and the cap section are removed, the cutters move up and are reset, the servo motor I is started to drive the turnover platform to rotate 180 degrees, at the moment, the clamped wheel is located below the turnover platform, and the positioning clamping system not loaded with the wheel is switched to the space above the turnover platform; then the feeding roller bed rotates, next wheel is fed into the working roller bed, the clamping cylinder is started, burrs at the cap section and the rim are removed after the wheel is positioned and clamped, meanwhile, the wheel below the turnover platform begins rotating, the brush is fed upward, and burrs are brushed via rotation of the wheel and feeding of the brush. After the burrs are removed from the wheel above the turnover platform and the burrs are brushed from the wheel below the turnover platform, the servo motor I is started to drive the turnover platform to rotate 180 degrees, at the moment, the wheel from which the burrs are brushed is switched to the upper part, the clamping wheels loosen the wheel, the working roller bed rotates to feed the wheel into the discharge roller bed, then next wheel is prepared to be positioned and clamped, the wheel from which the burrs are removed is switched to the lower part, and burrs are prepared to be brushed. Burrs are removed and then brushed for all wheels, and so on.
When the outer diameter of the wheel or the diameter of the cap section is changed, correspondingly adjusting the positions of the burr cutters is enough.
By removing and then brushing burrs, the device can clean the burrs on the front side of the wheel thoroughly, thereby improving the paint spraying yield and reducing the risk of corrosion. The device has the characteristics of short flow, high efficiency, novel layout, advanced process, practicability and the like.

A wheel front burr cleaning device is composed of a rack 1, a lifting cylinder 2, a support frame 3, guide posts 4, guide sleeves 5, a lifting table 6, a brush 7, bearing seats 8, bearings 9, a turnover platform 10, a servo motor I 11, a coupling 12, guide rails 13, a left sliding plate 14, a right sliding plate 15, a gear rack structure 16, a servo motor II 17, clamping wheels 18, a clamping cylinder 19, a feeding roller bed 20, a working roller bed 21, a discharge roller bed 22, a cutter system support frame 23, a rim burr cutter adjusting cylinder 24, a rim burr cutter feeding cylinder 25, a left sliding table 26, a rim burr cutter 27, a cap section burr cutter feeding cylinder 28, a right sliding table 29, adjusting guide rails 30, a cap section burr cutter 31 and a cap section burr cutter adjusting cylinder 32.
The support frame 3 is fixed below the rack 1, the lifting cylinder 2 is installed on the support frame 3, the output end of the lifting cylinder 2 is connected with the lifting table 6, the four guide posts 4 are installed below the lifting table 6, the guide posts 4 are matched with the guide sleeves 5, and the brush 7 is installed on the lifting table 6. The lifting cylinder 2 controls ascending and descending of the lifting table 6 to realize upward feeding and downward reset of the brush 7.
The servo motor I 11 is fixed on the side of the rack 1, the output end of the motor is connected with the turnover platform 10 via the coupling 12, the middle part of the turnover platform 10 is a cuboid, circular shafts are arranged on the left side and right side of the turnover platform 10, and the shafts are matched with the bearings 9. The servo motor I 11 can control the turnover platform 10 to rotate 180 degrees every time.
The guide rails 13 are symmetrically installed above the turnover platform 10, the left sliding plate 14 and the right sliding plate 15 are respectively installed on the guide rails 13, and the left sliding plate 14 is connected with the right sliding plate 15 via the gear rack structure 16. The servo motor II 17 is installed on the left sliding plate 14, the clamping wheels 18 are installed on the shaft connected with the output end of the motor, two clamping wheels 18 are installed on each of the left sliding plate 14 and the right sliding plate 15, and the clamping cylinder 19 is connected with the left sliding plate 14. When the clamping cylinder 19 drives the left sliding plate 14 to move, the right sliding plate 15 moves synchronously with the left sliding plate 14 under the action of the gear rack structure 16, and the four clamping wheels 18 can clamp a wheel. When the servo motor II 17 drives the clamping wheels 18 to rotate, low-speed rotation of the wheel in the clamped state can be realized. The structures above and below the turnover platform 10 are completely consistent, and wheel positioning clamping rotating systems are distributed symmetrically. The servo motor I 11 controls the turnover platform 10 to rotate 180 degrees every time, thereby realizing cyclic switching of the positioning clamping systems above and below the turnover platform 10.
The cutter system support frame 23 is installed at the edges of the feeding roller bed rack and the discharge roller bed rack. The two adjusting guide rails 30 are symmetrically installed at the top of the cutter system support frame 23, and the left sliding table 26 and the right sliding table 29 are respectively installed on the adjusting guide rails 30.
The rim burr cutter feeding cylinder 25 is installed on the left sliding table 26, the rim burr cutter 27 is installed at the output end of the cylinder, and the rim burr cutter 27 is used for removing burrs at the rim of the wheel. The rim burr cutter adjusting cylinder 24 is installed on the left upper part of the cutter system support frame 23, the output end of the cylinder is connected with the left sliding table 26, and the position of the rim burr cutter 27 can be adjusted by left and right sliding of the left sliding table 26, so that the rim burr cutter 27 is suitable for removing burrs on wheels having different outer diameters.
The cap section burr cutter feeding cylinder 28 is installed on the right sliding table 29, the cap section burr cutter 31 is installed at the output end of the cylinder, and the cap section burr cutter 31 is used for removing burrs at the cap section of the wheel. The cap section burr cutter adjusting cylinder 32 is installed on the right upper part of the cutter system support frame 23, the output end of the cylinder is connected with the right sliding table 29, and the position of the cap section burr cutter 31 can be adjusted by left and right sliding of the right sliding table 29, so that the cap section burr cutter 31 is suitable for removing burrs on wheels having different cap section diameters.
The working process of the device is as follows: a wheel arrives at the feeding roller bed 20, and the roller bed rotates to feed the wheel into the working roller bed 21; the clamping cylinder 19 is started to drive the left sliding plate 14 and the right sliding plate 15 to move synchronously, thus clamping the wheel; then the servo motor II 17 is started to drive the clamping wheels 18 to rotate, so as to drive the wheel to rotate at a low speed; the rim burr cutter 27 and the cap section burr cutter 31 are synchronously fed downward, burr removal begins when the cutters contact the rotating wheel, and burrs can be removed after the wheel rotates one circle; after the burrs at the rim and the cap section are removed, the cutters move up and are reset, the servo motor I 11 is started to drive the turnover platform 10 to rotate 180 degrees, at the moment, the clamped wheel is located below the turnover platform 10, and the positioning clamping system not loaded with the wheel is switched to the space above the turnover platform 10; then the feeding roller bed 20 rotates, next wheel is fed into the working roller bed 21, the clamping cylinder 19 is started, burrs at the cap section and the rim are removed after the wheel is positioned and clamped, meanwhile, the wheel below the turnover platform 10 begins rotating, the brush 7 is fed upward, and burrs are brushed via rotation of the wheel and feeding of the brush 7. After the burrs are removed from the wheel above the turnover platform 10 and the burrs are brushed from the wheel below the turnover platform 10, the servo motor I 11 is started to drive the turnover platform 10 to rotate 180 degrees, at the moment, the wheel from which the burrs are brushed is switched to the upper part, the clamping wheels 18 loosen the wheel, the working roller bed 21 rotates to feed the wheel into the discharge roller bed 22, then next wheel is prepared to be positioned and clamped, the wheel from which the burrs are removed is switched to the lower part, and burrs are prepared to be brushed. Burrs are removed and then brushed for all wheels, and so on.
When the outer diameter of the wheel or the diameter of the cap section is changed, correspondingly adjusting the positions of the burr cutters is enough, therefore, the device has stronger generality. Besides, the device has the characteristics of short beat, high efficiency, novel layout, advanced process, practicability and the like.
