Claims
- 1. An antibody that selectively binds an interleukin-7 receptor, wherein said interleukin-7 receptor comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of amino acids 1 to 439 of FIGS. 2A-2C, amino acids 1 to 242 of FIGS. 3A-3B, and amino acids 1 to 439 of FIGS. 4A-4C.
- 2. An antibody according to claim 1, wherein said antibody is a monoclonal antibody.
- 3. A monoclonal antibody according to claim 2, wherein said interleukin-7 receptor is a human interleukin-7 receptor having the amino acid sequence consisting of the amino acids 1 to 439 of FIGS. 2A-2C.
- 4. A monoclonal antibody that selectively binds a human interleukin-7 receptor wherein said interleukin-7 receptor is a soluble human interleukin-7 receptor having the amino acid sequence consisting of the amino acids 1-219 of FIGS. 2a-2B.
- 5. A hybridoma cell line that produces a monoclonal antibody according to claim 2.
- 6. A hybridoma cell line that produces a monoclonal antibody according to claim 4.
