Claims
- 1. An Eimeria T-lymphocyte stimulatory protein, comprising the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:2.
- 2. A vaccine for the protection of poultry against coccidiosis comprising a protein according to claim 1 together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
- 3. A process for the preparation of a coccidiosis vaccine, comprising formulating a protein according to claim 1 into a veterinarial preparation with immunizing activity.
- 4. An immunochemical reagent comprising a protein according to claim 1, said reagent being bound to a support or provided with a labelling substance.
- 5. A method for the protection of poultry against coccidiosis, comprising administering a vaccine according to claim 2 to the poultry.
- 6. A process for the preparation or a coccidiosis vaccine, comprising formulating a protein obtained by culturing a host cell transformed with a nucleic acid sequence encoding a protein according to claim 1 into a veternarial preparation with immunizing activity.
