Claims
- 1. A composite molded article comprising:
- (a) a wooden material layer;
- (b) a primer layer including a heat-resistant resin and a colorant provided on a first side of the wooden material layer; and
- (c) an injection-molded transparent resin layer miscible with, provided on, and adhering to the primer layer.
- 2. A composite molded article according to claim 1, further comprising:
- (a) a reinforcing layer secured on a second side of the wooden material layer opposite to the first side; and
- (b) an other layer on the reinforcing layer.
- 3. A composite molded article according to claim 2, wherein the reinforcing layer has a thickness within a range of 0.05-0.5 mm.
- 4. A composite molded article according to claim 2, wherein the reinforcing layer comprises a metal layer.
- 5. A composite molded article according to claim 4, wherein the metal layer comprises a material selected from the group consisting of aluminum and steel.
- 6. A composite molded article according to claim 2, wherein the other layer comprises a porous material.
- 7. A composite molded article according to claim 6, wherein the porous material comprises a material selected from the group consisting of foam resin, wood veneer, non-woven fabric and fibrous material.
- 8. A composite molded article according to claim 7, wherein the fibrous material has a weight per unit area within a range of 30-70 g/m.sup.2.
- 9. A composite molded article according to claim 1 further comprising:
- a core material layer provided on the second side of the wooden material layer opposite to the first side.
- 10. A composite molded article according to claim 9, wherein the core material layer comprises a material selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and modified polyphenylene oxide resin.
- 11. A composite molded article according to claim 1, wherein the wood material layer comprises a wood veneer.
- 12. A composite molded article according to claim 11, wherein the wood veneer is a sliced veneer having a grain pattern thereon.
- 13. A composite molded article according to claim 1, wherein the injection-molded transparent resin layer comprises a material selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile styrene resin, acrylic resin, and acrylonitrile-butadiene styrene resin.
- 14. A composite molded article according to claim 1, wherein the heat-resistant, primer layer comprises a thermoplastic resin including the colorant.
- 15. A composite molded article comprising:
- (a) a laminate which includes a layer comprising wood material, the wood material layer having a first side and a second side;
- (b) a primer layer including a heat-resistant resin and a colorant provided on the second side of the wooden material layer; and
- (c) an injection-molded transparent resin layer miscible with, provided on, and adhering to the primer layer.
- 16. A composite molded article according to claim 15, wherein the injection-molded transparent resin layer comprises a material selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile styrene resin, acrylic resin, and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin.
- 17. A composite molded article according to claim 15 further comprising:
- a core material layer provided on the second side of the wooden material layer opposite to the first side.
- 18. A composite molded article according to claim 17, wherein the core material layer comprises a material selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, polycarbonate resin, and modified polyphenylene oxide resin.
- 19. A composite molded article according to claim 15, wherein the laminate comprises:
- a metal layer secured on the first side of the wood material layer for reinforcing the wood material layer; and
- an other layer secured on a side of the metal layer opposite to the wood material layer.
- 20. A composite molded article according to claim 19, wherein the metal layer has a thickness within a range of 0.05-0.5 mm.
- 21. A composite molded article according to claim 19, wherein the metal layer comprises a material selected from the group consisting of aluminum and steel.
- 22. A composite molded article according to claim 19, wherein the wood material layer comprises a wood veneer.
- 23. A Composite molded article according to claim 22, wherein the wood veneer is a sliced veneer having a grain pattern thereon.
- 24. A composite molded article according to claim 19, wherein the other layer comprises a porous material.
- 25. A composite molded article according to claim 24, the porous material comprises a material selected from the group consisting of foam resin, wood veneer, non-woven fabric and fibrous material.
- 26. A composite molded article according to claim 15, wherein the heat-resistant, primer layer comprises a thermoplastic resin including the colorant.
