Claims
- 1. An information recording apparatus comprising:
- record parity signal adding means for receiving error corrected compressed information and an error corrected control signal both of which have been corrected based upon a transmission parity signal added to the compressed information and to the control signal, said record parity signal adding means adding a record parity signal to the compressed information which is different from the transmission parity signal;
- modulation means for modulating the record parity signal added compressed information added by said record parity signal adding means;
- recording means for recording the compressed information modulated by said modulation means; and
- means for controlling a start of recording of said recording means based upon the error corrected control signal.
- 2. An information recording/reproducing apparatus comprising:
- record parity signal adding means for receiving error corrected compressed information and an error corrected control signal both of which have been corrected based upon a transmission parity signal added to the compressed information and to the control signal, said record parity signal adding means adding a record parity signal to the compressed information which is different from the transmission parity signal;
- modulation means for modulating the record parity signal added compressed information added by said record parity signal adding means;
- recording/reproducing means for recording/reproducing the compressed information modulated by said modulation means;
- means for controlling a start of recording of said recording/reproducing means based upon the error corrected control signal;
- servo control means for controlling a speed of said recording/reproducing means so that a reproducing time is longer than a recording time;
- demodulation means for demodulating the compressed information reproduced by said recording/reproducing means corresponding to said modulation means; and
- error correction means for error correcting the compressed information demodulated by said demodulation means based upon the record parity signal.
- 3. An information recording apparatus comprising:
- parity signal adding means for receiving error corrected compressed information which has been corrected based upon a first parity signal added to the compressed information, said parity signal adding means adding a second parity signal to the compressed information which is different from the first parity signal;
- modulation means for modulating the second parity signal added compressed information added by said parity signal adding means; and
- recording means for recording the compressed information modulated by said modulation means.
- 4. An information recording/reproducing apparatus comprising:
- parity signal adding means for receiving error corrected compressed information which has been corrected based upon a first parity signal added to the compressed information, said parity signal adding means adding a second parity signal to the compressed information which is different from the first parity signal;
- modulation means for modulating the second parity signal added compressed information added by said parity signal adding means;
- recording/reproducing means for recording/reproducing the compressed information modulated by said modulation means;
- demodulation means for demodulating the compressed information reproduced by said recording/reproducing means corresponding to said modulation means; and
- error correction means for error correcting the compressed information demodulated by said demodulation means based upon the second parity signal.
- 5. An information recording apparatus comprising:
- parity signal adding means for receiving demodulated compressed information which has been demodulated corresponding to a transmission modulation, said parity signal adding means adding a parity signal to the compressed information;
- record modulation means which is different from the transmission modulation for modulating the parity signal added compressed information added by said parity signal adding means; and
- recording means for recording the compressed information modulated by said record modulation means.
- 6. An information recording/reproducing apparatus comprising:
- parity signal adding means for receiving demodulated compressed information which has been demodulated corresponding to a transmission modulation, said parity signal adding means adding a parity signal to the compressed information;
- record modulation means which is different from the transmission modulation for modulating the parity signal added compressed information added by said parity signal adding means; and
- recording/reproducing means for recording/reproducing the compressed information modulated by said record modulation means;
- demodulation means for demodulating the compressed information reproduced by said recording/reproducing means corresponding to said record modulation means; and
- error correction means for error correcting the compressed information demodulated by said demodulation means based upon the parity signal.
- 7. An information recording apparatus comprising:
- parity signal adding means for receiving demodulated error corrected compressed information which has been demodulated corresponding to a first modulation and corrected based upon a first parity signal added to the compressed information, said parity signal adding means adding a second parity to the compressed information which is different from the first parity signal;
- modulation means which is different from the first modulation for modulating the second parity signal added compressed information added by said parity signal adding means; and
- recording means for recording the compressed information modulated by said modulation means.
