Claims
- 1. A process of printing a mark on a molded surface of a composition of
- (a) polyarylene sulfide and
- (b) at least one print compound selected from the group consisting of
- monoazo-nickel complex
- lead chromate-lead molybdate
- quinacridone
- nickel-antimony-titanium
- cobalt-zinc-silica
- lead chromate
- said process comprising exposing a pattern of laser light to said molded surface for a time sufficient to produce a visible change in the molded surface of said composition in the areas of said molded surface exposed to the pattern.
- 2. Process in accordance with claim 1 wherein said pattern is generated by passing a laser beam through a stencil corresponding to said pattern and passing the light passing through the stencil onto said molded surface.
