Claims
- 1. Isolated human TIE-2 ligand 2 encoded by a nucleotide sequence comprising the nucleotide sequence as set forth in FIG. 6 (SEQ. ID. NO. 5).
- 2. A composition comprising a ligand of claim 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
- 3. A composition of claim 2, wherein the ligand has a cytotoxic agent conjugated thereto.
- 4. The composition of claim 3, wherein the cytotoxic agent is a radioisotope or toxin.
- 5. Isolated human TIE-2 ligand 2 comprising the amino acid sequence as set forth in FIG. 6 (SEQ. ID. NO. 6).
- 6. A composition comprising a ligand of claim 5, and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
- 7. A composition of claim 6, wherein the ligand has a cytotoxic agent conjugated thereto.
- 8. The composition of claim 7, wherein the cytotoxic agent is a radioisotope or toxin.
